User Agreement Review

Considering the real-time nature of the BNW (BiafraNigeriaWorld) Forums and Message Board discussions, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please, remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and we are not responsible for any messages posted. BNW does not regularly review messages for the purpose of making content-based censorship. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any message, and we are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of BiafraNigeriaWorld or any entity associated with BiafraNigeriaWorld.
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact the author first to resolve the disagreement. Contacting the author is a necessary first step in resolving issues related to objectionable posts. Members are encouraged to use the Private Message (PM) system for that purpose. If that fails, or if the author cannot be contacted to resolve the problem, the user is welcome to contact BNW by e-mail at :webmaster@biafranigeriaworld.com.
We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however. So, please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. The user accepts that in no event does BiafraNigeriaWorld owe a duty to remove a message.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you or by BNW.
Although we do not and cannot review the messages posted and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
While this section is subject to review, the Administrator of BNW DOES NOT participate in regular forum discussions. The Administrator is forbidden to make posts on the Message Board in response to normal discussions thereof. The Administrator only participates in forum discussions in three instances:
1) the Administrator opened the thread to address issues important to the board, and the Administrator has invited discussion from members
2) BNW gives advance notice that the Administrator will participate in a particular discussion, or
3) The topic is in a BNW Message Board Members Only forum where the Administrator is expected or required to respond to posts or initiate discussions.
Posts on the forum addressed to the Administrator will in general be ignored. Any messages intended for the Administrator should be sent by e-mail to:
