The one Nigerianer little puppets do not get it. They don't even study the modus operandi of their masters, at all. Once their masters' self interest is aroused, they swiftly carry it out.

The dredging of the Niger is of dual interest to Nigeria hegmonic powers. The shallow Niger affects their agricultural output. They are also desperately trying to stall Biafra exodus, so dredging the Niger, they rationalized, will give credibility to their hand picked ohaneze leadership.as well as meet the need for their agricultural irrigations. They think that Biafrans would start respecting and trusting their "errand boys" Ohaneze, again. Its a means to reel the Biafrans in and keep milking them.

As it is, we'll welcome any positive overtures from the oligarchy, while we continue on our onward march to freedom.
This wisdom has escaped Stve and Ikpatt. Let them dream on in "errand boyz wannabe dreamland."
