The following message is in response to some of your questions that were sent to us by e-mail.

As the administrators of these forums, we are forbidden to participate in the discussions, unless it is in a thread started by the administrator and administrator reponses were promised ahead of time. Administrators are also forbidden to read the contents of the messages posted on this board for the purpose of making censorship decisions. Only messages sent directly to the administrators will receive a reply either on the board or by reply e-mail. Any administrator who wishes to become a discussant must first resign as an administrator and refrain from participating in any discussions on the board for a specified length of time. The owners of AfricaWorld and BiafraNigeriaWorld are not the administrators of the message boards.

We appreciate the kind words that some of you may post at the forums from time to time. However, to preserve the integrity of the discussions, any messages on the message board addressed to the administrators will be ignored. The forum is for members to exchange ideas with each other. Administrative actions that a member may find unfavorable may be taken either in response to complaints by another member or during scheduled reviews of members' compliance with board rules. An updated edition of the board rules you accepted at the time of joining will soon be made available at this site. We encourage all of you to review the rules frequently as any changes will automatically become a part of the basis upon which we are providing this service to you.
