Igbo Youth Movement wants Masterminds of 1966 Pogrom Punished
The Igbo Youth Movement has released a communiqué stating, in part,
quote:We wish to use this opportunity to express our dissatisfaction mostly political leaders of a particular section of this country who meet regularly only to come out with series of communiqués proclaiming their resolve to defend the unity of Nigeria at all cost without ever sparing a thought for need to re-orientate their people to desist from behaving like middle-age savages.

It must start from questioning the murderer Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma, for masterminding the brutal murder of J.T.U. Aguiyi-Ironsi, Nigeria's first Major-General.

Danjuma should be taken to Umuahia for trial. The Oputa panel will remain a sham, unless Danjuma is tried for his sacrilege against his Supreme Commander.

If Danjuma is not questioned and tried on the circumstances behind Ironsi's death, then, the Justice Chukwudifu Oputa Human Rights Commission would overall be senseless and a waste of time.

This is a move in the right direction. Those who carried out the Biafra pogrom of 1966 should not fall asleep with two eyes closed.
Assuredly, the real trial, justice, and punitive compensation will commence after Biafra Actualization. The Oputa panel is but a prelude to the actual trials to come.

Where in the world does it say Danjuma killed Ironsi? Why are we quick to drawing conclusions?

Where have you been? Even the mole Danjuma does not deny the act of cowardice he committed. I was quite excited when he was reported to have suffered a nervous break down at the on set of Aremu's gangsterian regime. I was equally happy when he left the half way house as we don't want him to plead insanity at the courts. The evil men do lives with them and Danjuma will yet appear before a war crimes tribunal. Promise!

It is obvious that Bature, the bastard and Shali, the shallow are not what they nominally portray. No self-respecting member of the proffered ethnic group will think the thoughts, talk less write the words these "two" clowns are writing everyday on this board. Be that as it may, I entirely concur that some restitution has to be made to all peolple unfairly victimised by the Nigerian state. However, we must not be selective in seeking justice. chikena.

Mustapha, If there is anyone you know and are sure just as many are sure of Danjuma, why not say it as has been said of Danjuma ? Dont just neutralise points by imagination. just be sincere and say the icidences you know.

Bature, The putrid horse-manure that comes out of your mouth can never make me blush. It is obvious that you are an impostor, and not a very good one at that. You however seem to have carved out a niche for yourself here. Just goes to show how far one can go with no real talent.

Mustapha! What has Bature said or done to you to incur your rage? You guys know each other from somewhere or have an unfinished business?
Now, don't go bashing Bature like that. Though he's an ardent one Nigerianer, he has come across as a gentleman. Don't go throwing unwarranted mud at him, lest I tell your mentor, Bababoyz!
