Umunna,

Aremu and friends have started “weeding” off Biafrans from one of their propaganda machines. Are you surprised? I’m not!

Ohafia Udumeze:
This should not come as a surprise to you. I live in Lagos. This forum was recently brought to my attention. At a time when so many Igbos have decided that their intersts will best be served under Biafra, Obasanjo and Jerry Gana have decided that Igbos should be removed from all positions of authority. The VON is an important Nigerian organ. No Biafrans should be allowed there. You can call it ethnic cleansing. But, it is a security measure.

Fair enough, Continuation of such malicious underhandedness will surely drive the moderate Igbos to really demand seperation from your moribund Nigeria. Nigeria should then be ready to allow the United Nations broker the seperation. You are in Lagos you cited, that is perharps why you are completely oblivious of the image of your beloved Nigeria. I pity those who have choosen to remain unenlightened.

Self determination is an inalienable right.

Well said; but it appears Bamidele is not getting the whole picture. It's amazing he found solace regarding a people whose history is of violence and political impotence

Bamidele you wrote: I live in Lagos

That says it all. Here's a good advice for you and your likes: concentrate your energy in trying to turn the place recently described by your adored president as a jungle into a habitable place. It is then, and only then that you can muster the presence of mind to participate or engage in constructive discussions of intellectual nature. How did you get electricity to power the PC at the business center you have used? How could your modem function if Telecom is completely out of order in Lagos as recently reported by a Lagos newspaper? Who looked after your property when you went to use the internet, to safe gaurd it from the armed robbers in mufti? Finally, how did you get the money to fund your expensive internet habit seeing you've made a couple of postings? These are questions you should strive to find answers to, there's absolutely no point in you trying to get involved in secondary matters for now. From henceforth, I may not waste useful bandwidth and electrons on you, and should you refuse to heed this advise, then I'm afraid you'll have to learn the meaning of "NSHI"

Good luck as you survive in Lagos and may you continue to elude the armed robbers both in uniform & mufti!
