The exactness of this twin devils--Rawlings and Obasanjo--is that both of them are murderers and have gotten away with no one saying nothing. On the other hand, Kuffour himself was part of Rawlings atrocities. Nevertheless, they know vividly well their days are numbered.An analytical study of both men:
Rawlings killed three Ghanaian head-of-states-Afrifa, Acheampong and Akufo.
Obasanjo pursued Igbo women and children into the bushes leaving them without an option than to feed on poisonous plants, ants and human feces.
Rawlings of a Scottish father told the Ga's, the Twis, and Ashantis over his dead body would an Ashanti, a Ga and especially the Tamale's rule Ghana without his consent.
Obasanjo told the Igbos that they deserve whatever they get in today's Nigeria for plunging the country into an unnecessary civil war.
Regardless of all these rhetorics, Obasanjo and Rawlings were army personnels. It indicates however that they were all shenanigans.
