Between Cicero and this alhaji who should we believe ? Is it so difficult to unravel the truth or does NEPA not document official transactions ? What manner of an organization is this where information as to who handled N2.5 billion is so difficult to ascertain?

Me I think Cicero is being economical with the truth, he formed a panel of two of his tribesmen yet he blamed Arewa for sabotage. If NEPA cannot readily account for the movement of that kind of money how will they account for the increased revenue it is seeking ?
