Not a very coherent report if I dare say so. ~~~~ The Tribune MASSOB leader released ’Supo Atobatele, Lagos THE leader of the Movement for the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, was released on Wednesday, after 10 days in detention in Abuja. He told airport correspondents on arrival in Lagos that he held seven meetings with government but made it clear to the government that no amount of dialogue would make him drop the struggle.
According to the MASSOB leader, the movement had acquired an office-embassy in Washington DC, USA, named as “Biafran House.” He accused the Federal Government of plotting to assassinate him during his trip to Abuja, as he alleged that some people in a BMW car attacked them and in some cases overtook them and fired shots at the SSS vehicle.
Chief Uwazuruike claimed the movement had over seven million members worldwide. On his release from detention, the MASSOB leader said security agents took him to the Abuja Airport with enough money to take him home.

I knew all along that what obasanjo is after is to find a way to silence this man. This show how Nigerian view most Igbos, that is as long as an Igbo man see money he will abandone his cause. I have a news for Obasanjo Chief Ralph is a different type of Igbo man. The cause he is fighting for is larger than life itself. More over is too late the cat is been out of the bag for long now. MASSOB have gone oversea outside the reach of Obasanjo. The heat is getting to Obasanjo that means our petition to UN is working. So I say to my fellow Biafrans and MASSOB this is not the time to letgo, we have to continue pressing. Ugwu ka di na ihu. maka ya anyi agahi ezu ike ebe Ugwu ga di ni ihu. Lets continue pressing that geographic experiement called Nigeria. Udo diri unu nile.

All: Do not let up on the pressure that we are applying on Obasanjo and his thugs. It does not matter much to Uwazuruike if he is detained or released. It is more important that the agenda for Biafra actualization stay on course. We are applying an increasing amount of international and domestic pressure on Obasanjo. Don't for one moment think that he is unaware of the power of this forum and the other ways we are bringing pressure on him. Keep up the good work. Uwazuruike should not have been kidnapped to begin with.

This is a great news. I hope all pro Biafrans in Diaspora have heard this. As for the anti Biafrans they are ones again the losers. (Folanke, Rudolf, Damages, Bature, C.Ikpatt-Mischievious One, etec.)
The sruggle must continue. The 3 million Biafrans and Biafran soldiers that died, did not die for nothing. Even Uwazuruike lost his own kid sister to kwashiokor during the war when he was only 7 years old.
Obasanjo and his men are feeling the heat. He should be smart enough to know that Mazi Ralph is not Kalu, Anyim, Maduekwe or that Anambra state governor. (Efulefus)
