THE HAGUE HAS NO TIME LIMITATION
May I warn our military rulers of the past that they should be careful with the way they are playing games with the OPUTA Commission. These matters may snow ball and may end at The Hague, if they persist in using the normal court to obstruct the search for truth.

Folanke

Must you continue to show your stupidity and ignorance in this Board. whether is Biafra or anybody else, a crime of genocide is a crime of genocide. You may think because it was Igbos who were masacared, so it doesn't concern you. However tomorrow it could your own ethnic yorubas, then what would you do? And by then it could be too late for you my sister.

Who and who should be summoned to the Hague? Gowon, Obasanjo, Danjuma, Ojukwu, Adebayo, Babangida, Garuba, Diya, Lekwot, Madiebo, Effiong, and the post-humous Murtala Mohammed, Chukwuma Nzeogwu, Hassan katsina, etc.? Apparently, they were all war criminals.

Take a look at it and think.

Bature.
How dare you include ojukwu in your list of your war criminals. You are such a wicked and hopeless humanbeing. What Ojukwu did then, was to protect his people from total wipeout, by murderous rag-tag Nigerian army. He stood up to the other war criminals you listed above.

Judges in hague will findout who the war criminals are, when all the evidence is put before them. Thank God, there is a place like Hague. In Hague there is no sharia law (the law of uncivilized people)

The utterances of Folanke and Bature is like the reaction of an old woman whenever the brittle, dry bone is mentioned. Like all the guilty perpetrators of genocide, they are very jittery, paranoid, and angrily restless at the mention of the Hague war tribunal.

Regardless, it is obvious that their kits and kins shall eventually be apprehended and dragged to the Hague for a date with justice. No mistake.

Every time I think you have hit a new low, you come out and sunk lower than that. You keep breaking your own records of lowest of the low of human beings. May be your empty thick skull have suffered ameanesia too. Did Ojukwu went killing any Nigerian living in Biafra during the war the answer to that is no. since you can't comprehend. Ojukwu was hero because he dared to stop the masacare of his own people.

It seem to me like sister Amanda said you and Foluke are jittery because your brothers are about to get nailed. Tell your brothers to start preparing because the evidence are being gathered as we speak. They can run but they can't hide. War crime good enough doesn't have statue of limitations.

Folanke,
Hague doesn't have to be about Biafra alone as crimes against humanity unfortunately are not restricted to war times alone. There has been the Ogoni's saga; before it was the razing of Umuechie; Odi is fresh in our memories. Dele Giwa's parcel bomb did happen. An entire class of Nigerian Army officers (then Majors) was dispatched via a plane crash. Hague could look into the circumstances of Abacha's death and that of MKO. Pa Rewane was dispatched. People have been funding the so-called religious riots and lives have been lost. Right now, the limbs of poor defenseless people are being amputated. And of course, there was Biafra. The list is endless actually. Hope, this helps educate you, in spite whose loins' indecent yearnings you are taking care of.

Bature,
It would be interesting to dock Odumegwu Ojukwu along side the likes of Danjuma over the 1967 to 1970 genocide. Really interesting. Little wonder, a whole northern Nigeria cannot boast 300 credit level passes in Mathematics in WASC/GCE O’level annually. Forget about the competitive JME (that’s for the slaves of the South). But they end up going to Universities anyway, to become Doctors and Engineers. Naturally, they graduate and equate Ojukwu and Hassan Katsina along with heading NNPC, NEPA, NIPOST, Nigerian Airways, NAFCON, NITEL, NPF, Nigerian Army, Nigerian Air Force, Petroleum Ministry, Finance Ministry, Defense Ministry etc.

Chima Njoku:
Why is Prime Minister Ariel Sharon of Israel in his master plan of the Beirut Massacre in 1982 and Senator Kerry of the U.S., after his testimony of atrocities in Vietnam not yet indicted and brought up to the Hague for their war crimes. This is just a few of many examples.

People,
Water simmers before it boils......when it boils and the cover it still on, it blows open and boils over....,

Exactly 12months ago from today, Milosevic will never have dreamed that he will end up in Hague in any shape or form...

Dr. Femi Ajayi concludes......

quote:
What goes round comes round so goes the saying. The training stick for the first wife is only reserved for the second wife. History is on our side. Are they afraid of Hague court? As Generals, soldiers are trained not to be afraid. If they are indicted, some local human rights groups who are presently searching for damning evidence against the Generals may take them to The Hague Court, no question about that. They have enough money to defend themselves. The groups would get international arrest warrant and bundle them like Milosevic (Yugoslavia) to The Hague. Moreover, they will cite Ejigbo, Dele Giwa, Mamman Vatsa, Saro Wiwas, and so on.

The Generals are running.....rest of the story

I can smell the coffee! It is cooking!

That article was from Egbe Omo Oduduwa site. This forum has no desire to promote egbeomooduduwa.com. No offense intended.
