Folanke,

I cannot begin to itemize for you, the very much Biafra has achieved in the shortest of time since her revival.

Folanke dear, why don't you admit the real reasons why you're crying very loudly about Biafra's exit? This wounded cry of yours against Biafra Actualization brings to mind an Igbo adage which says, " The market place where a child is crying and pointing at, if her mother is not there, her father is there." Therefore, you won't be this much perturbed if Biafra Actualization movement has not peaked its momentum and yielding stark results.

In all, I'm happy and satisied to say that sooner than you'd ever imagine, Biafra Republic shall rise and stand sure-footed in her glory. Need I tell you that I'm a proud and one helluva hot blooded Biafran?

Folks:
I believe it's better to leave the "araoke" Folanke alone so she can deal with her likes at Ebute Ero.

Amanda,

I have been away for a while so I could not contribute to this thread. Let me join with our fellow comrades to wish you all the best and 'may your pen never dry as you fulfill your mission in hastening the dawn of freedom to our oppressed peoples'.

Ikpatt:

Our people (see Chinua Achebe's things fall apart) have a very popular saying: 'Let the Eagle perch, and let the Dove perch whoever says no to the other then let its wing break'. The simple reason why Nigeria is a failed state is due to the greed of a few select military cum civilian elite clearly manifested in the last thirty years (mainly from the Northern and Western stock) who insist on appropriating all the resources of the nation (mainly from the Niger-Delta and other Eastern states) since the end of the civil war. Except this greed is curtailed and Nigeria restructured, there is no end in sight to the disaster and misery which has become the forte of ordinary folks in that accursed land.
