Forumites,

This is vintage Alex on the Jos earthquake that propelled an ex jail bird called Aremu to Aso Rock. Alex, cerebral as ever is at his engaging best. He starts off like all true Igbo Nationalists(aren't they all)by saying he couldn't have championed an Igbo agenda and then rounds up by saying the Igbos got a good deal with the office of the Senate president. I'm still trying to understand if Alex is implying that he had a hand in the Senate presidency thing. Aremu had alleged that it was his unilateral decision to allocate this position to the South East. Will be back with my opinion.

Is this "Igbo leadership" in pro-Biafra action speech for one Nigeria 2003?
Any wonder why the Igbo birthright has been mortgaged to the Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba usurpers?
Thank God, we are reclaiming our Igbo birthright!

OU & Amanda

We have no inheritance in the Igbo elite, any gathering that includes the Igbo elite must be shunned by rational and progressive thinking people at all cost. This includes Ohaneze and their affiliates, you cannot even get most of them to admit there is a problem once they get to Abuja.

This battle is in the hands of a the youths, the likes of Ekwueme are at best stumbling blocks on the path to progress and they will all be disgraced like Mbadinuju in the hands of Aremu. Watch how Kalu will end up, now that he has lost the Biafran backing he will soon find out how unforgiving the Nigerians can be.

I hope biggie belle continues to ban refrigerators, a/c, okrika etc. Maybe then we could see beyond the wharf and start taking our freedom more seriously.

That one na Ekwueme's wahala. He lost the election and he should go to sleep. Biafra is what we now want not Igbo PRESIDENCY. I was in support of the Igbo or Eastern Nigerian presidency before but it's over. We have no hope in Nigeria, politically or whatever. He needs to be talking about Biafra not how he lost the election.

My People,
Look them! Look them ohanEZE bunch with your korokoro eyes well well! They never called and will never call any press conference to lend support to the Biafran citizens' call for Biafra Actualization, neither do they work toward Biafra's collective well being.

Now that it's dawn upon us that these breed of Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba-serving Igbos have outlived any usefulness they were expected to render the Biafrans (but refused to render), its very befitting that we channel our energy, resources, and support toward the new and brave breed of Biafrans who are dedicated in their goal for Biafra Actualization. Thankfully, this new breed of Biafrans will ensure that our offsprings lift up their faces in pride as free Biafrans.

this ohaneze stuff na wah
who appointed them spokes men for igbos.I am sick and tired of hearing about a bunch of spineless boot licking sabos thank God Ojukwu saw thru them and snobbed them . All this respect your elders who have sat by and participated in the rape and destruction of the Biafran spirit. No more. to hell with the sabo boot licking bunch. Out with the old and in with the new. How can we trust our selves to nwabueze a poor lecturer with no vision.

We can do better and uwazurike is the man with a vision after reading his proclamation on the new biafra I was almost brought to tears

The self appointed Ohaneze needs to be disbanded and its old members tried for corruption accepting bribes and other sabo related injustices they have committed against the people. they have sold our honour and dignity to the west and north for worthless naira and petty power and nepotism

Patience is a virtue and the truth will prevail ask mbadiwe about what happens when you steal from biafra ask the other sabos they have never progressed

When will the stupid moderate igbos open their eyes to see the writing on the wall you are a slave to nigeria you can never be president you cannot start a business in nigeria unless you have a hausa god father 100% inspection is to punish igbo traders for supporting massob. The list goes on

Ohaneze stop selling our birth right for peanuts . why do we have to walk when we can fly

ohaneze is a failed organisation just like WIC they have refused to stand up for what is right and good for eastern nigeria

Give me a trader from Aba any day instead of one of those old hags and harlots that parade themselves as Igbo leaders

Hmm...seem like a night of unusual agreements for me.

Rudek,
I agree with you a hundred percent on this. The day of reckoning is coming when these ohanEZE thiefy bunch will be made to stand for trial in front of Oha to account for their rape, rip-offs, plunder, theft and sale of Ndigbo/Biafra birthrights to Ndiawusa na Ndiyoruba. A date with Igbo justice awaits them all.
