The quest for blood letting now appears to have shifted to the SW of BiafraNigeria. Oshogbo,Ilorin, Ibadan now Lagos, and sharia was supposed to fizle out. bloodbath to follow demolition of churches
quote:Adegbite who took a swipe at the critics of Sharia, the Islamic legal code or application of part of, described them (the critics) as ignorant of the law, and hence have no right to condemn it. He described Sharia as the law of Allah which cannot be said to be barbaric or uncivilised, adding that no individual or human rights group can be above Allah or His law.

If the Yorubas think of sharia as the only means of acceptance by the Reppelent skunks, retaking Ilorin or escaping the blood bath they suffered, they are under the burden of death. The Yorubas are the most confused religious race in Biafranigeria. For the Yorubas to follow, copy and swallow, the sharia inspite of what OGUN means to them, demonstrate a continous spiritual weakness that still dorminate their mind. Thier version of Islam is neither taken serious or admired by the Parasitic north. Their sense of Islam is narrow, and cannot satisfy the test of reason. Ogun is still the dorminant part of their every day lives. Therefore that makes them the weakest link in the eyes of Islam.
All religion has weaknesses but I will be more than fair to figure out that the Yorubas version of Islam is intolorable, fad and ignorant. That fact remains that they have not learned the most recent History in Kaduna, Kano, and the Middle belt.
Islam and Christianity are no chemistry when one is pushed over the other. Both are no idle spirit, but vagrant, runagate walker, that never rests when pushed. However,Islam motive, cause, and main intention is his walking to ruin mankind. Lagos and the West in Biafranigeria are next and doomed for destruction for they do not know what they are getting into.
Hail Biafra

If Sharia comes West, why is it only a Yoruba problem? Don't you have Igbo people living in the West?

And they said this barbaric law was limited to mullah Sani and his people up north. In any case Ayodele you have a point, those naive Ibo's who seek to make Yoruba land their home may fall victim to this primitive behaviour someday.
Bamidele and Folanke this should be a wake up call for you, especially the sleazy Folanke. One of these days it will be your turn to receive 100 lashes for fornicating.

Some reluctant jihadist, I tell you! That was how Baba Iyabo was very reluctant to rule BiafraNigeria when they took out genocide Murtalla Mohammed. More than twenty years later, the Yoruba warlord is still finding it hard to relinquish power. His excuse? god told him to continue.
I think they should now gor after the Mushin fraudster called Alhaji Ahmed Bola Tinubu. He imported lap dancers from Southern Africa for his fiftieth birthday in lagos earlier this year. I wonder what "Remi Oyeyemi" will make of the whole charade.

I just keep wondering about you and your brother Waypointhalfbiafra. What will you do when the Muslims dip the Koran in the Niger? Your behind will be next. You and your fornicating sugar mummmy Amanda who can't seem to get enough.
Let me tell you. If you and your relatives fail to listen to Remi Oyeyemi's advice to pack out of Lagos, the 100 lashes per Ndigbo man and woman will start in Lagos and go accross the Niger and your whippers will be under instructions to reject your offers of cheap sex. You people should ban people like Folanke from this site. How can you let people like that be around if you are fighting for Biafra?

I am glad you read the article if nothing else you won't be able to feign ignorance when they finally decide to dehumanize you in the market square like they did to that Shittu Awe guy. Now that Yoruba mullahs are floging fornicators I guess we should assume the Koran is already soaking in Ijebu waterside ? Like some one earlier said about you folks the thinking is " better a muslim than a dead yoruba".
Just in case you forgot Folanke we fought the jihadist and their Yoruba vassals for 3 years and recorded no major conversations. The only Niger anybody will be soaking their Koran is the one at Illorin and it didn't take a war for the Gambari's to achieve that.
OU
Even with their new found zeal for barbarism in Ibadan the serious mallams still consider the likes of bobo Chicago "Kaffirs". How can they be taken seriously when someone answers alhaji and at the same time belongs to "reformed" Ogboni and Amorc ?

Your Egbon Sulaiman Awe that was lashed publicly did not claim to be a thief but a fornicator. I don't know if those Ogboni priest's masquerading as mullahs would have had the courage to amputate him if he confessed to stealing, but an opportunity might soon present itself.
Anyway since you guys are now seeking to impress the jihadist, I hope you have enough caves at Olumo rock because you will need them when the real jihad starts dropping on you from B52's in the sky. Go ask Usama and mullah Umah, we are yet to hear from them.

Onward muslims soldiers,we have taken Ilorin, Ogbomosho and now Ibadan is within sight. Lagos shall be ours by next next Ramadan insha Allah. Yoruba mullahs call on the faithfull
You know Soyinka is fighting a losing battle. Let me repeat that saying made by mmadike on this forum " better a muslim than a dead yoruba". So what's all this fuss about Buhari and his bigotry or is sharia only good when instituted by Afenifere approved mullahs ?

Few Yorubas are still in denial that Ilorin did not fall to the feudalistic Uthman Dan Fodio and his Islamic militants. Truly, the consistent act of cowardice exhibited by the Yorubas could be remedied if they own up to this shameful behavior. How could it be an Igbo problem when the spineless Yorubas laid flat on their stomach in 1966 as mutinous soldiers of Islamic northern Nigerian rampaged through western Nigerian? The Yorubas have many Afonjas among them and should remove the cobwebs in their eyes before western Nigeria becomes a battlefield.
Folanke
The Muslims have already dipped their Koran in River Niger at Jebba. If you meant Atlantic Ocean, the dipping of Koran could only take place on the western coast of Nigeria and certainly not the eastern coast.

"Ibadan must fall", so says the Yoruba mullahs.
-------------------------------------------------- Again, Moslem youths disrupt Oyo schools, NUT orders members to stay home From Iyabo Sotunde, Ibadan ISLAMIC fundamentalists again yesterday in Ibadan, Oyo State, invaded some secondary schools in continuation of their bid to enforce the wearing of veils by Moslem students.
They allegedly assaulted pupils and school heads in the process.
Worried by this development, the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) has directed its members to stay at home until the government finds a lasting solution to the problem.
The Moslem fanatics had last week invaded some secondary schools in the state, to enforce the use of veils by their female colleagues.
They allegedly, in the process, assaulted and wounded some students and school heads.
The government quickly announced an indefinite closure of public schools to enable things to cool down, while it spoke with the religious leaders.
But on reopening of the schools yesterday and when the fanatics resumed their activities, the NUT, worried by the government's seeming helplessness over the situation, directed the stay-at-home for its members.
The NUT, in a statement made available to The Guardian, deplored the activities of the Moslem youths and lamented the government's apparent failure to take a decisive action on the matter.
The statement signed by the chairman and secretary, Mr. Kunle Ajibola and Olu Abiala, directed that all teachers in both public primary and secondary schools in the state should stay at home "until the state government demonstrate greater seriousness and capacity to restore secular peace in the school system."
The union expressed reservations over the ability of the state government and the security agencies to maintain peace and order and insisted that its members should stay at home until the matter was resolved.
The NUT also called on Governor Lam Adesina to convene a conference of stakeholders with a view to examining the current problems and to chart the way forward.
"Once again, teachers in public primary and secondary schools in Oyo State should stay at home henceforth until further notice and in their own interest," the statement added.

Lagos secured by the Jihadists, Oduduwa son begs for his life!
quote: Newswatch Under Fatwa Sentence
By Chikodi Okereocha Sunday, June 15, 2003
A Freelance journalist, accused of taking sides in an inter-ethnic crisis sentenced to death by Islamic leaders in Idi-Araba, Lagos
It has been one hell of an experience. For close to one year, you live in hiding, forging all that you cherish in life. You neither know nor care about the whereabouts of your family, relatives or friends. All that matters to you is how to prove your innocence and get these Islamic fundamentalists to lift the death sentence, which they call fatwa on you." Those were the words of Joseph Michael Adesegun, a Lagos freelance journalist and media officer of the O'dua Peoples Congress, OPC, in Idi-Araba area of Lagos who has been living in hiding.
He spoke to Newswatch last week on his one year ordeal and his campaign to get the fatwa lifted from him. He spoke from his hiding place in Lagos. He told Newswatch that since November 12, 2002 when communal crisis erupted between the Hausa community and members of the OPC in the area, leading to loss of lives and burning of a number of houses, he has known no peace. He was among the victims of the crisis. His apartment at 104, Ishaga Road, Idi-Araba was among those set ablaze when the crisis erupted.
He told Newswatch that he lost everything he had acquired in life, ranging from household effects, clothes, books and money. He said he even escaped death by the whiskers when people he alleged belonged to Hausa community living in the area attacked the building.
Adesegun was accused of being behind press reports which portrayed leaders of the Hausa community as causing the crisis. The offending report was alleged to have also painted the Hausa community leaders black in the eyes of the international community, hence they vowed to kill him anywhere he was seen.
Adesegun is worried that in spite of his denials and moves to exonerate himself from the allegations, the man-hunt for him had persisted.
He told Newswatch that his photograph had been circulated around Idi-Araba by his enemies whom he alleged were still bent on killing him. He also said that in spite of the fact that Frederick Fasheun, OPC national president had repeatedly begged for clemency on his behalf, his assailants had continued to hunt for him.
He, therefore, pleaded that his assailants should embrace peace and lift the death sentence on him. "As a law-abiding citizen of Nigeria, how can I be continually on the run. Please, all peace-loving Nigerians should beg them to forget what happened and revoke the fatwa on me. I want to be free and safe in my country," Adesegun pleaded.
A native of Akure in Ondo State, Adesegun was, until his present predicament, a resident of 104, Ishaga Road, Idi-Araba. He said he would be the happiest man on earth if the fatwa were lifted. He appealed to President Olusegun Obasanjo to come to his rescue.
