I am not a legal scholar, and I do not know why the case of Abdulsalami Abubakar should be an American judicial concern. This is like taking Monicagate to a Lagos magistrate.
Abubakar, by contrast was more pathetic than frightening as we saw in Sani Abacha and Ibrahim Babangida. He released all political prisoners during Abacha's reign of terror, and appealed to all Nigerians in self imposed exile to return home for nation-building. But while the aura and periods were different, the political consequences seemed to be the same. He did not repeal Decree No. 2 that sent many Nigerians to jail. I would guess he had his reasons.
Abubakar, however, should be commended for conducting elections that led to a democratic rule through the executive, legislative, and judicial organs of authority; including those of the states, local, and municipal level.
In eight years of Babangida's gruesome and corrupt regime, whom Nigerians adored and described as a brilliant and able statesman, destroyed and tarnished her image, Abubakar made what he could not achieve in his (Babangida) tyrannical eight years. Abubakar successfully handed over power to a democratically elected government in just eleven months.
Doesn't he deserve some credits? I really have no idea what shadows Anthony Enahoro and his colleagues are pursuing. It's time for reality check because it ain't cutting it.

Yara and Ugali two stoogies with nomadic education. Before I try to answer your silly question, I must first pose another one for you.
QUESTION:
Why is it that when a Junta enriches himself, after several crude killings of innocent people through a process of elimination, he hands over power to a civilian government and he is held as a HERO, especially in Biafranigeria???????????
You may use or answer it with the application of nomadic reasoning so long as you make sense.
ANSWER: Anyone infringed could sue such dark skinned bastard as Abubakar where his money is. If Abubakar has millions of stolen money starched in American Bank Or he travels to America or does Business with any American company outside or inside America then any Biafranigerian has the right to sue the goddamned reppellent skunk.
If he does business with any western Nation he could still be sued in America. It is all about limitless asserts beyond Biafranigeria. As long his money can be tracked outside Biafranigeria.
Nomadic education is not about cattles and rear end. The intent is about common sense, and frankly you still haven't got it.
Hail Biafra
