Subject: Obasanjo Prepares to Fulfil Rueben Abati's Prophesy on the Extermination of Ndiigbo.
Our attention has been drawn to a deliberate attempt by former Maximum Ruler of Nigeria and now its arranged President, General Mathew Olusegun Obasanjo to again lay Ndiigbo out for slaughter. He is not new to the slaughtering of Ndiigbo. He did it before. In Biafra in war times and in Okigwe and Owerri in his current presidency, under his persecution scheme against the peaceful Movement for the Actualisation of Biafra, MASSOB. Obasanjo has through deliberate inaction and unpresidential utterances given tacit support to the continued slaughter of Ndiigbo and destruction of their properties all over Nigeria, the most notorious being the Shara-inspired mayhems in Kaduna, Bauchi and Jos under his current presidency, three years today, May 29, 2002.
His kinsman and intellectual fraud (419), an Area Boy Journalist, and crass and crude media manipulator extraordinary, Rueben Abati dramatised Obasanjo's new devilish scheme against Ndiigbo in his piece "Obasanjo, Secession and the Secessionist", which he published in the Chief Hate Stable of Nigerian Press, The Guardian, Lagos owned by the Ibrus. That infamous piece which ran on Dec 16, 23 and 30, 2001, clearly established who is behind Abati's hate campaign against Ndiigbo. The world must know that Abati said Obasanjo would not hesitate 'to take off Igbo heads' to maintain the UNITY? Of a failed State called Nigeria. As reported by DAILY TRUST, TUESDAY MAY 28, 2002, under the banner "Secession not solution to our problems -Obasanjo" by Suleiman Mohammed, Obasanjo has issued a threat to Ndiigbo in furtherance of what Abati told the world in December 2001 as part of a wider plot to complete the extermination of Igbo Nation which Obasanjo could not achieve between 1967-70.
For us Ndiigbo Generation 1960-70+, Obasanjo remains what he is, a LIQUIDATOR OF OUR GENERATION. We strongly believe he has a date at The Hague. We will ensure he honours that date someday. Time is no limit to it. That is a fact that must not be ignored.
On the immediate, we want the world to know that Nigeria is living on borrowed time. Obasanjo has made this more than possible by his poor leadership in the last three years. In his wickedness, Obasanjo as usual makes the Secessinist/Self-determination Agenda an exclusive Igbo quest. It is not! The world must know that Obasanjo is a serial liar. He is a shameless power maniac. He wants to hang to poer at all costs. We make haste to assure him, it wwill not be at the cost of the blood, sweat and property of Ndiigbo. He will be deftly challenged should he try.
His own Yoruba people are the prime agitators on the Secessionist?Self-determination Agenda. They have violent forces on the ground. Odua Peoples Congress (ODU) is the foot-soldiers of their quest. The Yorubas, Obasanjo's people also have other active cells like ODUA LIBERATION FRONT. These are verifiable facts. Obasanjo treats all of them with kid gloves. Yet he is quick to point his unclean fingers on Ndiigbo. This hypocrisy must stop.
The Niger Delta People, another group of Nigerians Obasanjo evokes his no compassionate nature is crusading for The Niger Delta Republic. Their resources continue to be brazenly exploited without full benefit to them. Their environment permanently destroyed, living them without fishing or farming outlays, to sustain their existence as is traditional to them.
Worst, the body and blood of their youths continue to be cheapened daily through unwantom killings by a ruler who would allow the family of his fellow Maximum Ruler, late General Sani Abacha to keep One Hundred Million Dollars in a deal he praises himself of brokering, while the masses of the Nigerian people die in good number daily as a result of hunger and lack of medical services.
The Middle Belters are not left alone. They too, like many other nationalities/groupings in Nigeria, are crusading for self-determination. It is a legitimate quest, recognised by UN and the international community.
For the avoidance of doubt, we state unequivocally that Obasanjo, Chief Hater of and Self-proclaimed conqueror of Ndiigbo is making a mortal mistake. Obasanjo's threat that "It (BIAFRA) may succeed for a while but eventually it will be resisted by others, then you who were dominating may end up losing what you had" is critically noted. It is not an empty threat. We know because we know. We are aware of his scheming and his politics of blood and expediency. The world knows that Obasanjo's hands are dripping with the blood of innocent children, women and the aged from Biafra, Odi, Okigwe and Zaki Biam currently receiving the attention of the civilised and humane members of our humankind. Our knowing of his repulsive credentials makes us more aware and eternally vigilant.
We want to restate that our quest is peaceful. And we want to remain peaceful till we reclaim what legitimately is our God-given right, The Sovereign State of Biafra, SSB.
Obasanjo is hereby warned to desist from his jingoist tendencies and pathological hatred of Ndiigbo. He must come to terms with the facts that we have a generational task. Our Generation, Ndiigbo Generation 1960-70+, have resolved to take Our Distinct Destiny in Our Hands. On this score there would not be any compromise! We will achieve it! And we want to do this peacefully.
Those who make courtesy calls to Obasanjo in his fortress, ASO ROCK and where he wants to remain life president of a failed State, called Nigeria, are doing so for their pockets and pockets only. They are not doing it for Ndiigbo. They are not doing it for our generation. We know what we want. We are very capable. We will have it. This is the decree of our Chi Ukwu.
