On the current issue here, it is wrong to kill or advocate the killing of God’s children simple because they are of the Northern Nigerian Muslim sect even in revenge. - Ednut on BNW.

All I can say is that if any Igbo man was killed, retaliatory acts is justified period. Ka ogu afu daba. Meanwhile, it may after all be my people that got it again and I hope Aba will retaliate. – Ednut on Villager

Re-read them and you will be apologizing for suggesting that my views changed or that I called for “revenge attacks” on fellow Nigerians.

Clueless see. Clueless does. Did I not in a post on February 08, 2006 02:14 PM on Islam Is A Peaceful Religion????? question CAN’s wisdom in jumping to condemn a cartoon that do not bear its origin in that dirt infested nation of theirs? How many times would this “talky-talky” CAN marrabouts be stung before they’re jolted back to their senses?

“The Christian Association of Nigeira has condemned the publication of the cartoons."

As for the confused organ known as CAN, they can Christian their farted asses back into their caves! When was the last time we saw the islamic people commiserate with Christians on the desecration of their religion? Someone should please tell these pre-Adam jihadists to relax already! – MeBiafran, February 08, 2006.

Lolololol. This is a hilarious bust, you all. Still cranking up on this one.

Now, If you ever wondered the meaning of justifiable homicide, Obasanjo stands the true definition of the term. I betcha, his dream will definitely come true.

Who in his right mind would blame Honorable Senator Waku for his ingenious attempt of inventing a new way to identify himself? I wouldn't! Yes, sir, go right ahead and append the year you honorably served your country as a senator to distinguish between you and the chaffs that presently lazy around that assembly.

quote:
And indeed, sooner or later, we would change all our identity cards and complimentary card, when I write Senator Waku, I indicate the year of my being a Senator so that I cannot be robbed down with these handpicked Senators, so that the nation knows the difference of Senator Waku and which republic he was.

De Silva, who was happy over Taylor's arrival in Sierra Leone, described it as a message to other leaders that were violating their citizens' rights "that no one is above the law."

"His presence in the custody of the Special Court sends out the clear message that no matter how rich, powerful or feared people may be – the law is above them."

Are the tyrants in that primitive land of Nigeria listening? Did they hear that what Mr. Taylor is going through has been described as a message to all who continue to violate the citizens’ rights and that no one is above the law when it comes to U.N. war crimes tribunal?
quote:
The American government and press have been very loud in insisting that Charles Taylor should be tried by the United Nations. He has been charged with 11 counts of crimes against humanity by the UN Special Court in Sierra Leone. There are plans to send him to the International Court at the Hague. The promotion of international human rights, and democracy is central to the American foreign policy process. America seeks a free world, where justice and humanity can be guaranteed, so that trade may prosper. The only irony is that the same America is not a signatory to the International Criminal Court Convention. It would also not allow any of its citizens not even a junior officer, to be tried by any Special Court anywhere in the world. This is a special privilege, which America enjoys as the world's hyper-power. It is a contradiction which underlines the inequality in international politics, a source of much threat to world peace. –Abati
America is not signatory to the same document they want used against Taylor. Haba! The American hyper-hypocrisy is one major reason I crave to eventually relocate to Canada for peace of mind pending when the nation of my true love, BIAFRA will again be actualized.

In Africa, a woman's body is a reflection of her status and assets, on scale of 1 to 10, I give you a perfect 10----........> 'Phat Girlz' movie
The above statement was made by an African actor in the movie 'Phat Girlz' praising Mo'Nique's disgusting fat body. You probably coud not imagine the size of her underwear or the nuggets on it.
The movie is crude, unhealthy and should have been rated R. It just shows that fat women are physiologically screwed by God and wellness; You may call them voluptuous, 'big and beautiful', 'handfull', 'BBW', 'fat and fabulous', 'sexy succulent', just to be politically correct; Fat is no beauty, the humor in the movie is disgraceful with no genuine, joyful laughs. If there is laugh it is at the expense of being fat, simply. It is sickening and bitter for anyone to think that all Africa fancy fat women, on the contrary, this African thinks otherwise.

whatever and whatever the game of "OUK will be arrested in London" is over! – Queried the criminal one, weber.
Tpic: Orji Uzor Kalu to be Arrested for Fraud!

“Ednut:

The article by Mr. Ene is quite childish. It looks like the Ene character is looking for a job. It is well known that the British government decided to stop arresting Nigerian officials because they feared reprisals, especially in the "Niger-Delta." After Beyelsa governor was impeached and arrested, Nigeria wanted to extradite him to Britain. But, the British refused to take him back. Indeed, the British facilitated Governor Alamesiegha's escape. The British are also refusing to have any further involvement with Dariye whom Obasanjo wishes to extradite.

Kalu sought and received assurances that he would not be arrested if he made the trip. Thus, that Kalu was not arrested in London is the result of change in British policy, and not a testimony to Orji Kalu's clean hands.”

“Tell me sir, if you shoot at someone with bow and arrow, are you justified in criticizing them because they shoot back with canon. I have never witnessed the forumites you mentioned [MEBIAFRAN, IGBOBLOOD, CHEI ETC] above start a fight without provocation although I've seen many finished by them. If you can, show forumites the validity of your statements by revealing where these guys personally attacked you first. I think you will find that a difficult task.”

You can't pay for this humor. Priceless.

PMAN president’s inauguration: Count me out, says Okosuns
Wednesday, May 10, 2006

Gospel musician, Evangelist Sunny Okosuns has turned down an invitation to perform as one of the star artistes at the inauguration ceremony of the new leadership of Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN).

Mores Stories on This Section

The evangelist, who was also a founding member and past president of the association described the invitation as an insult and a failure of the in-coming executive led by Bolaji Rosiji to recognise his noble contributions to the Nigerian musical industry.

In a chat with Daily Sun, the visibly displeased Okosuns lamented: “He wants me, his grandfather, to come and play for him while he sits down and watch. It’s just like Obasanjo inviting Gowon to come and dance for him, or waking up Aguiyi Ironsi from the grave to come and dance for him.

“When he (Rosiji) emerged president, he came here like others too, to seek my support. So, I’m surprised about this action of his. Does it mean this is the way he’s going to treat everybody by the time he gets there?”

However, Okosuns noted that the action was not totally strange as some of the recent past leaders of the association have hardly given the respect due to him. He stressed that after the initial courtesy call at his residence, they hardly remember him until they run into crisis.

“It has always been like that for years. I don’t know why, maybe it’s because of my passion for the industry which has always made me to work with them, because they have always come around to solicit for my support and I give it.

“But what happens is that by the time they are doing their abracadabra no one talks, but when they run into trouble, they recognise the elders.”

When contacted on phone, Rosiji told Daily Sun that he would do everything possible to pacify Okosun.

But Okosuns noted that nothing on earth could make him attend the inauguration. “He wants me to come and sing for him at his inauguration, that is the greatest insult of all times and I’ve woken up now to see what they have all been doing right from Okoroji, with the exception of the brief stay of Sunny Ade and Femi Lasode.”

To Okosuns, “if anything, I should have been invited in the capacity of a father, not as an artiste, to come and sing, for who?”

Although the African Soldier may not be attending the event, he would remain a committed member of the association, “because it’s a thing we formed to uplift the standard of our music and artistes, we can’t kill it.

“I’m very sad about this thing. People have been calling from everywhere, imagine that. Nobody is happy about it, all the musicians that I know have been calling to show their amazement. That also tells you something, all these people got their invitations long before me, that’s an insult.”

Third term: Memo to my colleagues
By Femi Kehinde

When in 1980, our late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo wrote a letter to President Shehu Shagari about the sinking ship of the state, and paused to ask, whether the President had ever asked himself this Latin question - Qui Bono? (for whose benefit), Alhaji Shehu Shagari reduced such a serious question to mere polemics by replying that he had never asked himself questions in Latin, but only in English and Hausa. But, such a question now stares us in the face - Qui bono - (for whose benefit) again in the current quest to cannibalise the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in order to achieve a further term of office (third term) for the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

”Alhaji Shehu Shagari reduced such a serious question to mere polemics by replying that he had never asked himself questions in Latin, but only in English and Hausa.”

Try to imagine the dull idiotic brain that was allowed to be called president even for one second then you begin to see how the people that call that country home were affronted by a mallam of the low kind!! Pa Awo's wise counsel was thrown to the winds by a mallam who ought to have used that free advice to steer his fellow mallams away from corruption just as obasanjo is doing today by failing to heed to wisdom. Nigeria is IRO and will remain so until all iliterates are removed from near seat of power!

Apart from the demand of office taking your husband away from you, he also has many wives. How did you cope with your husband’s having other wives?

What do you think I should have done? Jump up and die? Life must go on. I believe in being focused. One must know what he wants out of life and know that one is on the path of truth. I don’t like people who are not focused. Okay what do we want in life? As a woman, what do I want in life? I want a home. I want my children to be great. I want my children to be known. I know I will grow old and pass on, but after my death, I want my children to be able to carry on. Supposing after marrying him, and having some children he died, what would I do? Wouldn’t I struggle to bring up the children? But if he is not dead and he is carried away by other women, I know he will come back, because after I have trained my children and they are in good positions and he is proud of them because they will bear his name, he will have no choice but to identify with them. He will be their father and I will be their mother and people will say ha. And that is what God has helped me to do: to remain focused. And I think ladies of today should be focused. Don’t let anything or anybody derail you. I used to tell people that we saw the Queen (of England) together in 1975 when he went to Imperial Colleg
