Once again transparency international has ranked BiafraNigeria the second most corrupt nation in the world. Three good years into the so called democracy and all the tomfoolery about an anti corruption tribunal only Bangladesh another basket case can lay a better claim to the most corrupt nation title.

So all those wasted frequent flyer miles by the ape man of Ota and the endless hounding of the Abacha family did nothing for that nations image.
The last time this happened the propagandist said it was a result of the Abubakar regime carry over looting, well it's been 3 years since Aremu ascended the throne what can be the excuse now ?

Why are the Yorubas not quick to take credit for Baba's accomplishments? After all isn't he their son?

Last year on his interview with BBC, he gave us a laundry list of his accomplishments:

What an accomplishment! He also forgot to mention being awarded the "Woody" award for being the leader of the most corrupt nation in the world.

By the way, does anyone wonder how much money was spent on planning and implementation of his so called anti-graft law? What a place…. What value did we get for what was spent…. absolutely nothing?

Chiboy, ajala travel trips were a disguise to sure up supports for a second term and of course promote his Yoruba kinsmen. I have heard in several circles that the Yorubas now think they have “friends” all over the world.

Any way back to the coveted corruption award: In line with Obusonjo’s transparency policies, I think we should make the ranking very plain to readers on this forum:

A leopard can never shed it skin no matter who is in charge. Obasanjo can run up 1 million frequent flyer miles it will not help that God forsaken country called Nigeria. The only thing that can save it is a break up.
