Forumites,

As we go forward into the coming year, ever mindful of the vagaries and uncertainties that lie ahead, we ought to take a minute or two, to reflect upon the realistic future of BiafraNigeria, and the chaotic reality of the ties that bind us.

The following link should provide a sobering account of the flip side of the coin, that has been minted with our blood, tears and sorrow.

You have hit the nail on the head. One of the most important things that we as a people need to do is to devise a way to incrementally deprive access to our resources to those we have identified as our enemies. Indeed, we should devise ways to deprive them of what they consider to be their own resources. This sort of strategic thinking does not become a norm overnight; it has to be taught.

Teryy, Lawguild:
This is a classic case of a pot calling a kettle black. The write of that USELESS piece is one with blood in his hands who is shouting "murder!"

Is it not the same David West's people of Rivers State who stole the properties of the Igbos during the Nigeria civil war and still keep them till date as "abandoned property?"

Guys, sometimes we have to investigate the character behind a pen to know the real motive for what it writes.

If David West Jr. means well, he should write more about the "abandoned property" issue and go further to ask (before he die in denial like Saro-Wiwa) his people to give back the Igbos their GOD-GIVEN properties before asking the Northerners to let their hands off his Niger Delta "God-given" oil.

THOSE WHO ASK FOR JUSTICE MUST DO SO WITH CLEAN HANDS AND MINDS. Eziokwu bu ndu.
