On the anniversary thread, Joy sent an apt message to biafranigeriaworld detractors. In that brief graphic, she made a cogent point that needs to be re-emphasized. The sense that this board has a lot of detractors has been a reoccurring one. It is deeply embedded in the psyche of those of us who participate here. Considering our history and the very nature of this board’s founding, it is understandable why guerrilla commentary is what we do best.
We know that you, our detractors, are reading. We know that the deep ideological issues we intellectually confront each day mesmerize you. Our non- selective reading of history must have splendidly shamed you and made you more disgruntled. Our humble and non-fanatical approach and non-demonizing gesture towards those who disagree with us undoubtedly solidified our place in your hearts as thinking people.
Having said that, it is also important to let you, our detractors, know that we are fully aware of what you are up to. So to you, our detractors, here are the Top Ten Things we know you folks are thinking.
• That this board will never die unless the owners stop paying the hosting fees. The Nigerianews.net messageboard, for example, stood there for over two years despite its owners' and webmaster's abandonment. Whiners and loiters just visited to sound off. • That as long as this board is standing, people like Ednut will once in a while need to sound off somewhere. And since many have nowhere else to sound off, having condemned and abandoned the community organizations in their cities, they just have to come here. Also, many cannot be admitted into Biafra Foundation meetings, and those who used to be there are at each other’s neck, when a big news breaks, like the 2nd year anniversary of this board, they will emerge from the woodland and make a comment here. • That Biafra and another prominent member of this board currently write more on the free Igboforum at yahoo. This is the same forum that we once condemned as good for nothing where useless Igbo PHDs holders and village chiefs waste their lives speaking cumbersome grammar that gets us nowhere. That despite Biafra’s consistent provision to the yahooians of links to BNW, he has not attracted any significant number of people to this board. • That when next Tunde Onabanjo, Damian and Ojukwu will write on this board may be when Ohafia Udumeze makes his 10,000th post. • That decent people like CSE and Benbella are privately agonizing at the opportunity lost by this board to reach its deserving height. • That what is happening to Nwa Aro is from the same playbook that saw you vilified and booted out. • That people like Nwokeoma will remain in denial about both the quality and quantity of post made here. Even when Thompson Buraimoh’s dry humor interviews have dried up. • That during the attack on Aluko, Nwabuzor, Okonkwo and their likes, people like Patrick, Ojoto, Chiboy, Dave and Dr. B made series of posts that were more than one line. • That those demeaning and insulting comment made each time Adisa O, Usman Kadiri, Ugali Shaga, Daud et al pen their one-line comment are funny to no one as much as they are to the characters that own those handles. • That unlike Okwyonwuka, MASSOB spokesperson and the rest of us, you, our detractors are semi-illiterate people. You see that the elections we once threatened would not take place east of the Niger are not only going on as planned but that we are contributing money towards that. They see all these things and more, and I can bet you, they are laughing their heads off.

Welcome to BNW. I'm flattered to have been your inspiration for joining this forum. I can only respond to your latest post by saying that I hope I can also inspire you to display the same forthrightness for which others have criticized me. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. Be courageous enough to articulate your positions without resorting to kindergarten role playing. You have cast the die. I am eager to see how you acquit yourself.

Isioma,
I take part in most African-American community affairs in my sub-division. I may have rejected naija community organizations but it is only b/c I just don't relate especially with the women and this lottery and economic refugees. They are just too African for me and I just have problem understanding some of their accent so I basically don't waste my time with them.

Here is what you wrote on March 19 in the "Happy Birthday to BNW" thread,
quote:I remember when this board used to record over 100 posts in a day. Those days, I used to visit more than five times a day. What we have now is a shadow of its former self. Hardly does it make up to six posts in one day. Hardly does anybody see any kind of debate here.
In that thread, I used undisputed data to challenge your false statements.
Isioma:
If you can count, I urge to count the number of posts that have been made at BNW since March 19 when you made your false statement highlighted above. How many threads are active at BNW since March 19? How many posts have been made in each of those threads? If you think that the period since March 19 is not representative of the history of this messageboard, pick any other period and your lies will still be staring all of us in the face. Let me put it to you very politely. You are a liar.
On a different note, it is unfortunate that you have picked the handle "Isioma" for your childish pranks at BNW. Isioma Daniel (the Sharia slayer) is a young Igbo woman for whom many of us were prepared to lay down our lives. You have shamelessly picked her name as the handle for your mischief. That throws your Igbo identity into doubt or it calls into question the quality of your Igboness. YES, I SAID IT; your Igboness is inferior.
I know many of the people at yahoo Igbo forum personally, and I know that nearly all of them participate here in one form or another, and you are morally unfit to speak for them. For your information, yahoo Igbo forum is most lively when BNW members are active there. So, wake up and smell the coffee. This is where the action is baby. This is where you take the pulse of the Igbo nation, and yes, of Biafra.
CSE and Benbella proudly participate in discussions here. They do not labor under the same burden as you and your cohorts. I understand that CSE was banned at egbeomooduduwa.com because decent men such as himself are not allowed over there - the same reason that the likes of Ohafia, Onabanjo, Nwa Aro, Chiboy, Damian, Ambrose, Biafra, and others were banned. I imagine that you are an egbeomooduduwa.com type of ibo. Now, GO TO HELL!
I was a member of nigerianews.net. The owners were still paying the hosting fees when the forum collapsed. They resorted to sending news by e-mail. Any fool knows that once you stop paying the hosting fees, service is cut off. Nigerianews.net was on life support once the owners stopped supplying news at the site. The forum was out of business while the owners were still paying hosting fees. May be you are too stupid to remember that BNW was kicking ass even when it had no news on its frontpage. If you want to be a detractor, go ahead. But, be prepared to suffer the consequences, as usual.

Ha.... another one !!! If there are not lecturing us about the well behaved mallams at Kano online, they whine about how many posts are made here on a daily basis. Now a full grown man is going around counting the days till BNW shuts down !!! Tufiakwa, talk about a wet blanket.I am sure our dear Isioma or is it Bob Marley visits regularly just to count the posts, how pathetic.
Enyi, here is how you can hasten the demise of BNW because if all you are going to do is sit around and wait for the big crash, knowing the determination of the forumites here you will need a big cushion for your butt pretty soon. You can do the following,
- Go back to Egbeomo and rid the place of the area boys, then tell your buddy Chuck to figure out how BNW is able to run a crash free site with such consistency. He may then be able to attract the crowd that initially made his site back there.
- Or for once in your life part with a dime, spend some money in the interest of Ndigbo and set up a site where you and your high profile buddy's like Aluko, Nwabuzor and Okonkwo can finally set the standards and put BNW to shame. I mean with Chiboy and co. dishing out their one liners at BNW, the post count may finally fall to one or two per day.
If you are unable to provide an alternative to what is happening here, then begin to make posts and quit whining. You are smart enough to set the standards around here so do so rather than going around acquiring new handles.
Nd"ibo" unu di egwu.

As Nwokeoma and Wacko told Ednut, everyone that was banned at BNW has found a way to come back - thanks to the miracle of cyber-handles. Let us hope that those previously banned "ibo" people have learned their lessons and they will not resume their road to perdition.

What is all these fuse about BNW and distractors? This is a privately owned business and they have not cried fowl. And no one here is a client or customer but internet free surfers opportuned to express their ideas and expression however, psychadelic on current event. There is no annual fee or monthly payment. All they want is your goddamned expression, whether it is thought processed, funky, researched, stupid or one liners, makes no goddamned difference to them. As long as you believe in what you say take the critic that comes with it. This link is not an exlcusive link for Ndi Igbo. It is Biafra and Nigerians blended. Some of you have publicly selected those that are not suppose to be here, because they are one liners, the reppellent skunks [Usman Kadiri] or the goddamned Yellow bellies [babyboyz] that has no meaningful ideas or expression. If your so worried, why don't you send a private e-mail to the owners of this link rather than make a bleached ass of yourself. I am sure they have box for BNW complaint. Enough of this distractions or does this include a free expression and ideas?.

EDNUT, are you referring to Africans or African American natives? I am rather confused with the way the sentence is clustered.
Hail Biafra

Hail Biafra
Way,
I told you about those radio heads you be listening to, see they are now confusing and clustering what is left of your brian cells. Turn of the AM radio and tune in to an FM station bros. You need some good old Hip-Hop music in you to correct some of the AM damage from Limbough and company.

Brother Okwuy We all knew who isioma is, Rudolf Okonkwo think that he can sneak in without been dictated. But he was swimming a shallow well, and his back is a exposed. Don't worry he will be back, there is a rumor that he is trying to start a fake Igbo message board.
Odika ina awi ala. You will not let sleeping dog lie. That was how you started fighting your fellow Biafrans only for them to expose you as a member of the back room. Kitikpa ya fa alacha yi anya anu ofia! Some of you are good in starting what you can not finish. If you didn’t have money to contribute, did you have to tear your brothers to bits? It is the same thing Nwa Aro was doing until Chiboy told all of us publicly that Nwa Aro was playing wayo and never sent any money to anybody since Amanda was bold and transparent when she collected your money. She acknowledged all your money publicly. Infact she told a friend recently that she was shocked at the accusation of embezzlement being levelled against her behind her back when all she did was try to help.
Good job Isioma, na you biko! But don’t cry for Nwa Aro and Ohafia Udemezue. They know what they are doing and they understand what you are saying.
Joy gurl, thanks for this
