As we know, Bush is on a five-nation tour of Africa. A central focus of the visit is US aid to Africa for the treatment of AIDS. The US government claims that it plans to spend $15 billion to fight the AIDS scorge in Africa.
What you may not know is that a great number of scam organizations have already started to emerge throughout BiafraNigeria in anticipation of the funds that the US will be making available for the AIDS treatment programs.
Should the US even bother, since we know that much of the money will be stolen by Obasanjo's NGOs and other fraudulent outfits? What other considerations are there, and what should well meaning people be doing right now?

What BiafraNigerian masses are supposed to be taught is how to stand up and fight for their rights, not to SIDDON and LOOK. Peaceful protests and strike are guaranteed by the constitution, the masses should use them when necessary, ignoring any court order manipulated by an illegitimate regime. It is high time we reverse the brainwashing of African masses who are encouraged to wait for external aids.
As for Bush, he suppose to understand that what Africans need is not aids, what they need is the elimination of poverty. This can be done by not recognizing leaders who steal the citizens votes. If a leader can impose himself on the masses, then he will call the latter lazy people. It was the same type of mistakes the US made in the Middle East, supporting dictators who gave them oil in exchange and neglecting the masses. That mistake created Bin Laden. Have the US learnt the lesson?

Please, those Black people don't look like AIDS patients. I hope that all the talk about assistance will not amount to nothing but photo-ops while the real victims suffer. I was hoping to see what a real BiafraNigerian with AIDS looks like, not some good looking African women in expensive wrapper.
