It is silly, if not stupid, quite silly with great pity and of course a disgrace that Nigeria is broke actually. Obasanjo will sign or has signed into policy encouraging Nigerian Police to take more bribes from the citizens and pay the Obasanjo government before any promotion is granted. What's next? Obasanjo will suggest the police buy their own uniform and arms. And any persons for federal jobs will pay a fee before an interview is granted. Talk about extortion by the government to serve your country. Your rebuttle.

Waypoint What did you expect from Obusonjo, nothing that lunatic does surprises me. Take this for example before olisiego came to power, $1 was exchanging @N90. Biafranigeria foreign debt stood at $28 billion or N262 billion. 4 years later the debts is $31 billion and N454 Billion, and that is after trottling the globe looking for forgivinss. Looking at it from $ standpoint one cannot grasp the magnitude of it, however when you look at it from naira stand point the legal tender of BiafraNigeria, you will see a 100% rise in foreign debt over 4 years. Talking of nIGERIAN pOLICE . IGP [I guarrantee poverty] Of police ,after all the accusiation leveled against him ,he is still solid in office. last time his boys beat to kill a photo journalist in Lagos for taking picture of VICE HE GOAT =ATIKU . Yesterday he send some emissaries to go and say sorry to the pummelled photographer, and no what, they asked him to joing pOLICE if he want ,that they will process his papers alright. That is to say if he want to belong to bone crushers and never to be crushed let him join them in the corruption unlimited. Until the IGP resign from his current position ,that will be when nIGERIA should be discussing if there might be way ahead for a better tommorrow.

What do you expect from a corrupt government. That is there MO if they know that one has a case against them they will quickly bribe to get the fellow to get quiet.
Bribery comes in all shape and form money, job, sex and property allocation.
