Biafranigerians are dying like like dogs and most are suffering from serious health problems and don't know it, either because of lack of physical exercise, bad eating habit, the type of food we eat, too much drinking that eventually leads to complications of our health. We could save lives by adding a space for medical and health tips. Our lives is not all about politics, economics and humor.
We need this space for referrences and informational highway on what we eat? how we eat? gadgets for gym, jazz up our sex lives and other health tips that will make us feel good about ourselves or possibly prolong our lives. Some Biafranigerians, still believe that having a POT-BELLY is a sign of wealth. And that jogging, bic ride, a walk to the park or being a fat woman is chic and 10 minutes sex over foreplay is a waste of time. With a space for health information, we could save lives and be aware of our limitations. I am requesting for this space because a Nigerian died a sudden death after a brief conversation with another Nigerian over the phone and there was no sign of illness. His wife went uptairs only to come back down and found him dead on the floor.
Some of our forumites are specialist [RN] in health and good eating and some of us could share information about our health from other sources [Journal of medicine]. What I am saying is that with this very useful information and referrences in our midlife, we could perform a pyschological/physiological house cleaning of our body amd mental state of mind by re-examining our subconcious eating programing and conciously chosing to face the underlying anxiety of our health problems and our own relationship with bad health. This information is for the Adm of BIAFRANIGERIAWORLD to consider.
Hail Biafra

What is important is to shade more light on the above. It could be caused by anything. From the the information we have so far, nothing says that the death was caused by lack of exercise or something similar. It could be lack of medical check-up.
My opinion is that the response to this thread could determine whether or not a section of the forum could be dedicated to health. But for the moment, there is no need adding to peoples' anxiety.

This is very important. Many people are dying from preventable diseases and ailments they could avoid if they had good information. Since almost every person in BiafraNigeria visits this site, we might as well use it to serve the people in more ways than politics. I am going to forward Waypoint's post to the webmaster and see what happens.

I became the spoken person for the Webmaster, when your embezzling father IGP Sunday Adewusi embezzled all the Money in the Biafranigeria Police Budget. So instead of worrying about me, why not you and your dad return some of the public he used in sending you to America.

Thanks for the Medicine and HealthCare forum. We all can now share information about our general health, mental, psychological and physiologically, especially our eating habit. All these craving of fufu with too much oil in our soup and hamburger at midnight is a dangerous liaison to our well being.
