Obasanjo has done it again. Under Obasanjo's inhuman, inhumane, and Yoruba regime, UNESCO has recognized BiafraNigeria as the country with the highest illiteracy in the world. Nigeria has the highest illiteracy rate in the World.

Does it get any worse than this?

What a shame. Nigeria gained this dubious distinction more than four years after Obusonjo launched his "Universal Basic Education" (UBE) program.
