Recently, Isreali war criminal Ariel Sharon visited Washington where Sharon and Bush reached an understanding that Palestinians would no longer have the right to return to their homes, which they abandoned as they fled for their lives during the worst Arab/Israeli wars. That America took this position is significant and it it should have implications for those Biafrans seeking to return to what is known as abandoned property.

The Palestinian Authority decided on Thursday to embark on a campaign to rally the world against the understandings reached between Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and US President George W. Bush over the future of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The decision came amid reports that PA Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei was considering resigning from his post in protest against the deal. Qurei has threatened to step down in the past, and it was not clear if he was serious this time.

PA officials have reacted with fury to the deal, describing it as a "new Balfour Declaration." Some warned that the US support for Sharon's plan would unleash a wave of terrorist attacks against American interests in PA-controlled areas and the Arab world.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad officials dubbed the agreement as a US declaration of war on the Palestinians, calling for increased attacks against Israel.

At least the Arabs continue to fight in spite of Israeli assassination of Palestinian leaders. One thing is certain now. This is an interesting precedent which suggests that no Biafrans should look to America for help on the subject of "abandoned property."

I still think that if Biafra will ever be actualized, that the so-called Biafrans leaders will have to work with the United States.
Yes! if you must eat with the Devil, it is encoraged to use a long spoon, So if the U.S is the Devil, the Biafrans leaders can employ some strateges that they can use so that while eating with the devil, they can still achive their objectives.
And I promise you, there is no other way. If U.S have been on Biafras side during the civil war, Biafra today, whould have been like Japan of taday.
If the Biafrans leaders can show the American Gov't what is in it for them if Biafra is an independent country, I mean a better political, economical and technological relationship that will benefit both counties, and the fact that the Biafran nation will not be a part of OPEC.
The dream of actualizing Biafra will happen within the next 4 years but as long as the leaders are not following this route, all I have to say is DREAM ON.
