This one pass me oh! NASS member says Kalu is practicing mamacracy in Abia because Kalu's mama runs the state.
quote:INTRODUCTORY NOTES TO GOVERNOR ORJI UZOR KALU VINTAGE FORGERIES.
Currently a case is now pending in the court of public opinion in Nigeria. The matter was brought by Hon. Barrister Prince Ukaegbu(Onapuru-Agu Gburu -Gburu) the winner of the April 12th 2003 House of Representatives Election, Aba Federal Constituency who ran on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance(APGA). Governor Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia State had hitterto unilaterally awarded the victory in the said election to his younger brother who purportedly ran on the platform of the Alliance for Democracy(AD) to the chagrin and consternation of the people of Aba and Abia State who saw the system of Governance practised by Gov.Kalu called "MAMACRACY" as an afront on their sensibility. In Mamacrcy while Governor Orji Uzor Kalu is the De Jure Governor, the actual powers rested with the mother who determines whats and whats not and is actually the De factor Governor who appoints and removes not just the Executives in her son's government but also the principal officers of the legislature(the Abia State House of Assembly). To buttress this point further Gov. Kalu had confessed following the backlash of the imposition of his younger brother on the people of the state that it was his mother's making and as such he cannot reverse it and has continue to convass this point to date.
To actualized his mother's wishes, Governor Orji Uzor Kalu had resorted to high level criminal falsification and alteration of the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) forms and affidavit and the brother's WASC result for the said election. We can now say without equivocation that Governor Kalu, his younger dishonourable brother are master forgers and criminals whose proper place are behind the walls of prisons. Whether the police can rise up to the occassion and discharge the constitutional duty remain to be seen two months after a formal complaint of these crime were brought to the attention of the Inspector-General of Police Mr. Tafa Balogun. The Nigerian press equally cannot escape critism as their response is any thing but what is required to check and sustain the democracy which blood were shed to bring about. To the Nigerian press i say "democracy can only be sustain by developing institutions which monitor and offers constructive criticism to the government in power; one of such and the most important institution is definitely the Press. where the Press shirks this responsibility, democracy is invariably doomed. In view of the fore-going we now invite and appoints you a judge in the court of public opinion to review the evidence we present and to pass judgement on the evil that astride God's Own State - Abia. You are admonished not to pass the death sentence.
We humbly request that you forward this email to as many people as you can as a token of your contribution to the development and sustainance of democracy which some people had already suffered grave consequencies including paying the supreme price. If this country must be great we must be willing to make sacrificies and suffer discomfort and tribulation.
Yours
Hon. Prince Ukaegbu, LL.B, BL.MBACI.
EXPLANATORY NOTES TO THE VINTAGE FORGERIES.
For the availability of space we had removed "annexure 1" which is infact the original document from which "annexure 1b" was photocopied from and altered by Gov. Kalu and co. It does not subtract anything from our arguement as you can still make the logical deduction by comparing annexure 1b and annexure 1c. more especially pages 8 & 13
Annexure 1a is the original oath receipt issued in respect of annexure 1 ,compare it with annexure 1d.
Mamacracy is a totally new concept in our country.

This is indeed very disturbing. How could any country allow people to get away with this kind of fraud?Posts: 397 | Registered: May 2001

quote: I hereby once again NOMINATE Governor Uzor Orji Kalu to be the Igbo flagbearer for the Nigerian presidency. REASON: He has IN MY OPINION governed Abia State with IMPROVEMENT on both the physical and human structures of the state. --Nwa Aro
And Olugbuo Nwoke said:
quote:Nwa Aro
You speak as though you are Orji Uzor kalu's errand boy? If not why are you deviating from the issue and going personal, pretty low? Are you afraid of FACTS? At least you should have answered the questions on your boss. We are no dictators. We are not faceless. We are just saying that Ndiigbo have been taken for a ride for too long by chameleons which includes Orji Uzor Kalu, very slippery. And we are here to use this organ and other ways and means to ensure that only true and trusted Onye Igbo is supported all the way to the spring board of the ULTIMATE quest. Do you get it? If you don't neither me nor other 'faceless' folks can help you!--Olugbuo Nwoke
I think Nwa Aro is never sure of anything except his PC keyboard. There is hardly any issue in which he has not done a hundred-and-eighty degrees. The power of Amanda huh? MeBiafran beware of the power of Amanda. Funny enough, even her boyfirend Ohofia had reasons to oppose some of her views. But not so our Nwa Aro. He was in prison or so he says at least for now.
I have never seen these many 9s even in poker game before. What a DUNCE! And you wonder why the damn nation is belly-up? I bet his putative membership in the Spartanburg Golf Club could also be bogus and in fact is. BTW is he ashamed to identify with South Carolina with his Spartanburg, USA nonsense, instead of Spartanburg, South Carolina?
How could someone who flunked the hell out of basic education be an “education broker?”
What is the need for the petitioner to continue to address a forger as “Honorable,” honorable what? Any honor in forging, lying, cheating, killing etc?
Here you have what’s wrong with both the accused and the accuser by applying wrong recognition to someone who’s less deserving of it. Honorable my ASS!
Nwa Asaba, Asaba anyi. Kee kwa nu?
I did be lying if I act as if our brothers top most quote is not troubling to me. Under what criteria and condition was such premature nomination made. Folks, from beginning I was able to see through Orji Kalu’s smokescreen to gather what he’s capable of, which is not much. The guy is a common crook, a wayward secondary school failure that forged his way through INEC thanks to obasanjo. How I know? His mates gave me a lowdown on this efulefu during the time I relocated to that monkey nation.
I remain at a loss how you and some others think I affirm all Nwa Aro's positions. During his heated exchange with chiboy I came out to say hs donation claim was misleading. I also encouraged him to recount and accept a mistake was made so why do you still have problem figuring out that I do not support underhandedness? My brother, I am a just man and my integrity is ever intact. I can't be bought that's why based on nigeria's definition of rich, I am not because I can't jeopardize my principles for the sake of some lousy pittance or millions for that matter. My FATHER's teachings still impact my daily live.
orji, udenwa, iwuanyawu, ibori, ngige, tinubu, obasanjo, maduekwe, nzeribe florence ita-giwa, okadigbo, ewerem, anyim and 99.9999% of them are CROOKS, ROGUES, KILLERS, EMBEZZLERS, BASTARDS, RAPISTS, FORGERS, DUMMIES... please allow me to take a break the names are infinite.

After a world renowned crook pillaged Aba to the ground, we have idiots who think by shouting ouk more times than necessary, it would change the facts on the ground that orji kamalu is a disgrace to his Igbere folks. Hell no! The boy couldn't make something of Aba, a commerce epitome that was handed on a platter of gold by dede Sam Mbakwe to this thief still that did not stop the German based bandit, lying weber from screaming a little too much.
quote:I thank you, Nwada Ada, for providing this opportunity to talk with our people. We have thus far been so messed up by our enmeshment with and in Nigeria that we have lost ourselves, and are close to losing our essence as Mazi HEN stated earlier.
When AlaIgbo was AlaIgbo, representatives were chosen differently: by umu nna, by the community Oha who knew the reps well--who they where, and what they were all about and what their record is. Today, we borrow a system which we do not understand and then, adulterate it so it becomes a complete parody, where the game is "packaging" and "image-laundering" whereby someone running for a political post at home will come to America to do his campaigning. In Biafra, we will once again have a chance to decide how we choose our reps.
Even here, USA, in the land of true suffrage and free and fair (at least, relatively speaking), candidates are judged least by what they tell you when you talk to them than by what their actual record is, because people have come to understand that a politician will say anything to get elected. If a candidate has a political and or people-service track record, the media bring it out and the people focus on it. If there is no such record, the Press try to dig up something. So, here we are with some folks on this forum, in typical Nigerian style, trying to ignore Kalu's own poor service and poor political records, effusively praising him and expressing their euphoria on Kalu's victory in elections that have not yet been held, and may not even be held; and if held, will certainly end up badly conducted and badly rigged. Such shameless and groundless _expression of euphoria only makes observers wonder if we are dealing with ignoramus or persons with brain damage. Support and enthusiasm is one thing, but claiming certain victory for Kalu come 2007 and publishing such claims as if they are fact is worse than childish.
In Biafra, reps will be judged by their records. The people of Biafra will learn to discipline themselves and consider candidates' records before endorsing or sending such to represent them.
Politics for Kalu is a game for personal ambition and personal power. We now learn (supposedly) that he turned his back on Aba because he had spent too much money there. This is Nigerian mentality at work once again: politics is about sharing money and spending money, about grabbing power and retaining it for life. I bet that any monies Kalu spent in Aba for Aba ended up in the pockets of his cronies and relatives. But, this is not about money and how it is spent. It is about politics--the real politics which is people-oriented, because the people sent you, not because you have personal ambitions for a political career. In Biafra we will understand and know that the best practice of politics, the real politics, is that which: 1) Self-empowers the people 2) Motivates the people. Kalu has none of that: he could not motivate the people of Aba to clear the garbage city which their town has become.
Of course, this is one more failing of Nigerianization. In a system where State Governors copy a fellow-errant President, we are used to hearing the statement "...the buck stops here..." a shameless adoption of a statement whose real meaning they know nothing of. All they mean by it is that they have all the power. To do what? To control every inch of road paved and every contract handed out; to personally control any monies realized or spent, because that's "the buck"; that's how and where the buck rolls, and must end up in the Governors' or President's pockets. But, when it comes to responsibility and accountability, all of a sudden, the same look for excuses, and their mouthpieces support them.
Forget self-empowering or motivating the people. If there was a decent and accountable governance, here is just one of many ways to tackle the Aba (and Onitsha) problems. Garbage in the streets is a health hazard. So, the Ministry or Department of Health becomes involved. So, also, Public Health. Since we are talking about streets, the department of transportation has a stake, too; as does the department of works--Public works. Garbage in the open is an environmental hazard: this should attract the department handling the Environment. Of course, garbage cities can attract rats and flies, but not the desired and desirable human tourists. The department of Tourism is now implicated. Department of Urban affairs of urban development and welfare have a stake. And, we are not done yet. Garbage on the streets pollutes our water, so the department handling Water issues cannot be left behind. In a responsible government structure, all these departments will be functioning and would liaison their services and functions now in order to take care of this problem. In this evil government structure, none of those departments functions, except on paper and to siphon off funds. As Peter Obi revealed, all "bucks" went straight to the Governor, so departments were not in charge of their own functions; often, the departments do not even know that their function is being managed by the governor.
Well, these are lessons for the people of Biafra. It is not too early to start looking ahead to Biafra nation-building. We must understand where the rain started beating us in order to know when we are dry. Otherwise, we end up like the curse called Nigeria, and that becomes our only lot. What horror!
As a physician, I know about disease. It is extremely difficult for me to come up with a worse disease than Nigeria is to our people.
Biafra is the answer.
Oguchi Nkwocha, MD Nwa Biafra

Did the Junior Kalu sat for WAEC from Class three? Even somebody who sat for WAEC from Class 4 will not have that much 9s. I have never seen that much 9s in life at any O'level exam. Even a class two student could have at least got P8 from history.
Then again I am not surprised, a friend of my told that Orji Uzor Kalu was kicked out Government College Umuahia also for poor grade. This friend of my knew Kalu to a T. Back then at Fishers. Said that Kalu couldn't cut it in any subject. Oh well blind people leading a blind country.
