Wonder will never seize, Boy Oh boy, I just came back from Biafranigeria, who did I see re-incarnate again as Alchemist handle, who else? non other than BNW outcast, Othaniel, EuroAfrica ETC. Wow no matter how a leopard try, his/her skin can never change. You can change the handle but the person and the urge still remain.

Biafra:

It's a thing of Glory when a brother risks his life and return safely after a visit to the jungle known as nigeria. Welcome, ndi ulo kwwanu? Here's the update though, watch out for your stars. These Yoruba and awusa folks are not kidding anymore with their new device of forming new handles with which they used to reduce a WHOLE me (lol) to a lowly three star general. Nothing will satiate them until they kick me all the way to one star. Isn't that some sh*t? To keep your hard earned stars, you have to either pander to their whimsical caprices or hide your ratings like they do. For the past three weeks, I’ve been literally fighting for my life (lol) on BNW, albeit, the good news is that I weathered the storm. What you are seeing today is just occasional droplets of receding rain.

See what? What are you talking about? The ratings? Tell me, how old are you? 12 years? Are you not ashamed to be laying emphasis on some BS stars next to your BS handle-name? How immature is that?

Very "immature" but may I?

You:
quote:
Mebiafran, your demotion is fully justified as you've proven to be an xxxxxxx.

If it is to you a "demotion," then the "emphasis" is more than required. See what I mean? In one of your posts you alluded to this reduction in number as a sign of what again? Am I gonna get another outburst?

Biafra,
in just one sentence alone you call Mebiafran your "brother" and then proceed to abuse him as "***** General". How weird is that?

Thanks Biafra for your kind gesture especially coming from an all time great, you. But let me explain ***** General to the in house DUNCE that the symbols he saw represented FIVER STARS which flew by the dummy's head with the speed of wind. To Greg and Ochi, whether Alchemist the roach is othniel or Fumi makes no difference since only those that weathered the torrent with ONE HANDLE can be said to be hard to kills anything else is WIMPISH. I'm not known by any stretch of the imagination to hunker away from the battle field hence I elected to post with one handle ever since my arrival and damn the consequence, let the havens or whatever fall. Igbo nkem mụ di kpom kwem. Ọdi chịị chịị chịị!

Question: If the awusas beef with the Igbo is their stupid claim that the great Nzeogwu killed their 'leaders,' what is the claim of the Yorubas and their subordinates from middle belt? Did the Igbo also kill any Yoruba or middle belt leaders? Conclusion, only a fool would perpetually be in collusion to harm folks that never posed any threat to them.

Yes, they did.
The fact that you were able to physically spell out the core problem of the nigerian society (Nzeogwu murdering hausa nigerian leaders), shows that you're on the right track. Keep it up. Nothing brings about more healing in the lives of human beings than "forgiveness". But before forgiveness can be granted, there's admission of guilt. Once the ibos can admit their collective guilt in the unholy bloody events of January 15th 1966, you'll be surprised to feel the cleansing wind of change blowing all over Nigeria.

Until that is done, things will remain as they are in Nigeria for the next generations.

Ochi, what are you saying, don’t you know that in their nigeria the names below are Igbo when things are dicey but are seen as yoruba or awusa other times, like now that obasanjo is leading them under?

  • Major A. Ademoyega
  • Captain GS Adeleke
  • Lt. BO Oyewole (2 Brigade Transport Company)
  • Sgt. Husa Kanga - NMTC
  • Sgt Yakubu Adebiyi - NMTC
  • Sgt Duromola Oyegoke . NMTC

  • L/Cpl Ali Shendam - 3rd Bn NA
  • Pte. Usuman Gabure - 3rd Bn NA
  • Pte Erastus Nakito - 3rd Bn NA

Don’t you also forget that “omoigui” is an Igbo controlled site, isn't it a secret Igbo name in their view and not Benin or Yoruba?

Lest we also forget my question earlier; “Did the Igbo also kill any Yoruba or middle belt leaders? He in his mind answered without naming a single yoruba the Igbo killed during the January 1966 disturbance.

As long as ibos refuse to admit their guilt in the destruction of Nigeria from January 1966 onwards, Nigeria and especially the ibos will continue to remain in a perpetual backward condition.

You think you ibos are more clever than the Japanese? For over 60 years, Japan officially refused to publicly apologize for crimes against humanity committed in the last century. Just this year 2005, the government of Japan officially and publicly apologized for its evil past. Now, forgiveness and healing can take place between Japan, Korea, China and other asian countries.

Same thing is true with Germany. In 1945 the relationship between Germany and the rest of Europe and especially France & Russia was on the level of pure hatred and mistrust. Today, Germany is one of the strongest and most loyal friends of Russia, France and the rest of Europe. Even Israel for the first time in its history, has allowed a German president to speak in the israeli parliament. Why is this so? Because Germany has made it its highest policy to admit their guilt and to publicly apologize for what Germany had done.

However, the one case which is both touching and inspiring is the braveness and unique leadership style of late Pope John Paul II. This Pope was the first Pope to officially visit the State of Israel. While in Israel, Pope John Paul II asked the Israeli people for forgiveness. Under Pope John Paul's papacy, the Vatican officially recognized the sovereignty of the State of Israel. Some time later, Pope John Paul II stunned the entire world when he officially asked all nations of this earth for forgiveness for all the atrocities which the Roman Catholic church had committed down through the centuries.

Now you tell me: how brave, how valiant, how praiseworthy and courageous is that? The Roman Catholic church system of religion might be xxxx, but in Pope John Paul II they had THE best pope ever (that's IMO).

Why can't ibos do the same for God's sake? Elton "bloody-xxxx" John was right: "Sorry seems to be the hardest word".

Ach ja, I forgot. Is it this Nowa Omoigui you're talking about, Mebiafran?
I've read his articles, and he clearly states for instance that these nigerian leaders were killed by ibo soldiers: Colonel R. Shodeinde, Premier Samuel Akintola, Brigadier A. Ademulegun and others. Read the whole report here. Now I know that you are well aware of this, but you know denying the obvious won't get you nowhere, dude! Nowhere, you hear me? Just admit your guilt and the vicious hateful cycle of kill-and-be-killed will be broken.

I read ya but to be frank, I don't see any guilt to admit to here. Well, I take that back, I will if you could please identify any Igbo on the list below. If you can't, does that not tell you that that disturbance at best could've been described as having been carried out by a collection of friends or group of folks without ethnic labeling? I guess it became Igbo affair after it was scuttled by two Igbo sons, Ironsi and the same Ojukwu you guys want dead today? Did you not know that had Ojukwu and Ironsi given in to that disturbance there won't be any place for these wicked lies we read daily? Guy, guy, guy let's keep the baby real, shall we? Is it fair in your thinking to lay the incident of Jan. 1966 exclusively on the Igbo even as you're READING the names of YORUBA officers that were equal participants? I bet had it succeeded we would today hear how courageous these yoruba officers were? How obasanjo gave inside information to his bosom friend Nzeogwu without which the success would’ve been in doubt? Let the keyword in our discussions be FAIRNESS & HONESTY, all I gotta say.

This too is clearly a yoruba name. As I think about the whole mess I just can't seem to shake the thought of how the Igbo at different times, screwed up. First it was zik with his too sabi when he refused to listen to the wisdom of pa awo and support the complete demarcation between north and south. Followed by Ironsi’s naïve blunder to abort that disturbance while Ojukwu put those that came to Kano or Kaduna to carry out their end of the deal in detention. Months later, Ironsi in his drunken stupor refused to listen to the sniplet from a yoruba Brigadier who informed him on what was about to happen. Instead Ironsi invited the war criminals; gowon, danjuma and co and asked the Brigadier to repeat what he just told him in the presence of them. At this time the yoruba Brigadier had no choice but repeat the news making the rounds, which was about the impending awusa coup. Of course they denied it and the drunkard let it go only to be killed days later by the same war criminals.

I've said this privately numerous times but will for the first time repeat it in open forum, our (Igbo) too know is our greatest obstacle. PERIOD!! During abacha's time, we joined hands with our yoruba neighbors and friends to fight his tyranny with our reward being the scorn we face daily in that dwarfish country, the empty drum of a country. Why can't we imbibe the sidon look attitude?

I checked the net and found out about Mr Nowa Omoigui, who wrote here that the leading nigerian ibo officers of the January 15th murders massacred not only nigerian hausa leaders, but also nigerian yoruba leaders. Now, what exactly are you trying to do here? Could it be that you refuse to accept that which is obvious? Say it like it is: according to the link which YOU, Mebiafran, provided, nigerian ibo officers murdered nigerian yoruba leaders on January 15th 1966. Some of those nigerian yoruba leaders murdered were Colonel R. Shodeinde, Premier Samuel Akintola, Brigadier A. Ademulegun and others. Now, that's what Mr Nowa Omoigui says. Since you made mention of him, I take it that you accept him as an authority on nigerian history. How is it then that you've left out in your list the ibo names of nigerian ibo officers who murdered nigerian yoruba officers? Here's a list of who-killed-who on January 15th 1966.

If you continue to refuse to acknowledge this, then xxx off!

Concealment of the truth and of facts is a crime punishable by law in all democratic societies. Since you did not grow up in a democratic society (=Nigeria) I can't really blame you for trying to conceal the facts.

I guess YOU missed the Yoruba officers who were equal partners in that DISTURBANCE? How convenient. Let me make this very, very CLEAR to all, I’ll never ever, ever deny my brother, mentor, comrade CHUKWUMA NZEOGWU under any circumstance. Suffice here that a mistake was made and we leave with it, but what the Igbo don’t seem to understand maybe you could explain the discrepancy to us is when it suits you guys, Niger Delta becomes the word other times Igbo is transposed. How come? If you guys naively claim that the Igbo do not have claim to Asaba and its environs, is it not reasonable and in fact correct to say the Jan 1966 incident was not Igbo engineered? What do you wicked nigerians want from us
