It seems that a rogue organization of Anambra people has arisen in America. The group whih calls itself ASA-USA (Anambra State Association -USA) has issued a Fatwa threatening to kill or destroy any person, "their relatives, supporters, cohorts, and their properties, anywhere located in Anambra or in Igbo land." This terrorist threat is contained in part (7) of a 14-part manifesto signed by the group's chief mufti, Jimmy Asiegbu and two other persons Ben Anosike, and Nwachkwu A. Anakwenze. The threat reads:
quote:(7) There must be a planned retaliation by our youths, the Labor Unions, students, vigilante groups, any and all Ndi Anambra, etc, against the culprits, both their persons and their assets, wherever located. THE WORD SHOULD BE OUT LOUD AND CLEAR TO ANAMBRA AND IGBO PEOPLE: MR. CHRIS UBA AND ALL PERSONS WHO ASSOCIATE WITH HIM OR SUPPORT HIM OR HIS ACTIONS, WHETHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARE DECLARED ENEMIES OF NDI ANAMBRA AND NDI IGBO, AND SHOULD BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY! Such persons should be viewed, by definition, as persona non grater in Anambra State and Igbo land, and such persons and their relatives, supporters, cohorts, and their properties, anywhere located in Anambra or in Igbo land, are a fair game. They should not be spared.
It appears that ASA-USA has declared war on Igbo people on behalf of Chris Ngige, the dogson of Chris Ubah..

Tagbo, Thank you for the information above. But,i sincerely think the excitement or interest on BNW is being over saturated or killed by these too many Anambra this ,anambra that topics.I really think all of these issues could still be addressed under the broad thread "Anambrarians weep for thyself"
Again, one wonders how long it would take EO to restore democracy in the forum by allowing his own topic "Should anambra governor resign to flow naturally with the other topics in order of the house`s response to it.If it were merely an opinion poll, then it should be separated and placed by the side of the screen away from the current topics. The thing was just perpetually pinned up there as though it was a sit tight ruler itself.I think it kills interest to see the same old topic for too long without anything really new being added. It`s like login in to read a fresh news each time, but is still faced with the same last week news time with really nothing new.Sometimes,i get the feeling that some people are obssessed with being "topic starters"even when there was active discussion on the same topic ,but was started by others.I hope you guys do not misunderstand me,but i really feel that this undue proliferation of rather the same topic and the permanent pinning of some up there by EO might be having an undesired monotonous effect.
