The Chairman of the group called on the Toronto Police not to grant Tafa Balogun audience, as he has the blood of over 27 people that died in Anambra State on his hands. They planned to officially notify the Canadian Foreign minister to revoke the visa given to the Nigerian IG and also ban him from entering Canada in future. God bless you for making this info available. I've always had nothing but the utmost respect for our folks in Canada. I even attended their BIAFRAN day celebration in Toronto this year. The Biafran Tee-shirt I bought is yet to be worn because I'm following that "bird at hand" paradigm. I'm saving it for who knows. Biafra actualization.

I am glad Tronto Police allowed the protesters to surround Baloguns car. Unfortunately Balogun is too domb to understand that, and that is how real police officer work. They are to serve and protect, Not kill and bury. Lets applaud those our brothers in Canada who got together to make that buffon Balogun's visit to Canada uncomfortable one.
I think some of us in US should borrow a leaf from our brothers in Canada and from now on, make it uncomfortable for those looters, not to visit here any more. or at least make it uncomfortable for them while they are here.

Do not be taken in by the hypocritical protestations against Tafa Balogun that you are reading from some caterwaulers here on BNW. Do not take your admirable objectivity too far in this swampy crowd.
They - chiboy, Biafra and nwaBiafra included - are crowing at injustice to Ojukwu's Biafra, in Uba's Anambra and in Obasanjo's Nigeria, and yet they are displaying naked power and injustice right here on BNW in writing trash and unsubscribing people (that is in effect murdering subscribers) without reason - and gleefully celebrating it.
They would do worse than Tafa Balogun if they were in his shoes.

Bravo to Canadian Police for showing, Assassin Commando,Tafa, how true police men act. So long as peace is maintained, citizens should be allowed to air their view and grieviance. Way to go to all that participated in the march.
Those of us in the United States should borrow a leaf from our Canadian brothers! Make the western world too hot for them to come rest or stash our money.
I wonder what they learn from their numerous trips abroad. Even in my small capacity at work, every seminar or training i attend, i bring back new ideas and innovations to make my work easier and serve my clients better. For all the foriegn trips Obasanjo and his entourage have undertaken since they came to power, we are yet to see change in their attitude talk less of postive change in the lives of Nigerians.
Way to go Canada!
