Shame on all the Igbo people in this thread. Ojukwu is busy selling his soul to Obasanjo. Igboland is crying for leadership. Yet,all of you are here chasing the skirt of a Yoruba woman named Fumi. Tufiakwa!

Thanks for that advice my brother. Below is a small portion of the complete list from another more passionate Igbo brother on another thread:

Ojukwu....I have refused to follow.....blindly..
Ojukwu has nothing for Ndiigbo...
Ojukwu is likely to take all of you to hell...
Ojukwu ... picking up fights .... and causing trouble wherever he goes..
Ojukwu is...guilty..
Ojukwu's .... planned and executed attacks on villages..
Ojukwu's .... intent to drive the victims .... primarily for purposes of taking over their land..
Ojukwu ....conducted indiscriminate attacks including ... sexual violence...

Guys:

Fumi is a very classy and intelligent lady. In the hey days more than four years ago when Igbo haters were roaming the cyber world, Fumi put them in check whether they were Hausafulani Yoroba or whatever, and she and I have many battle scars to show. If all Yoruba people were like Fumi we would have no problems.

Little one, I guess it never occurred to your ignorant state to link us to the site where your opposition to aremu was discussed in detail? Listen up! Unlike Greg who to me is a very honorable gentleman I do not care an ounce of being seen as such therefore here we are (you & I). I come down to the same level of a fool just to inflict as much pain as possible. Whoever you are, I cannot recollect ever having heated exchange with you unless you have other handles which shouldn’t surprise me going by your custom, if you know what I mean. During the terror reign of your mentor, othniel, no noise was heard from you about maintaining decorum but here you are today with unwashed upper telling the room what not to write. Could it be because you’re after all a TOUT also? If you’re not exposed to detail writings that in the end explains the writer’s stance I suggest next time you skip Greg’s or anyone’s post you find copious/lengthy since we are not in Junior High where your one-liners get you a passing grade, em, “D.” Your turn child! FASTER!

.....The only way this character would come out ok is if I’m linked to his/her previous denouncements of obasanjo’s thieving misgovernance, in that case I’ll as usual come out and show atonement to this person as for now, IT’S ON!

Fumi, read in between the lines, take it as a compliment and blush for a sec. I did not see any combatant engagement towards you by Me Biafran. He meant to hail you, actually. Quit being so tight.

By the way, you have been mute with the success in Iraq and our charming, most gracious and progressive President, GW. Must be the blues?

People, this is TYPICAL. Directly below is MADAME Fumi’s false accusation against my HUMBLE self.
quote:
The first time you rared your foul head at me, I ignored it. It will not happen again. – Madame Fumi Onodipe, posted February 08, 2005 12:52 AM.
And here is my challenge that went unmet.
quote:
If you could show where I insulted you in the past without any justifiable excuse, my apology would be prompt and sincere otherwise watch out. - MeBiafran
As expected, HeShe came back with empty noise below not realizing her highlighted double speak. If my penetrating salvo did not get this character’s “attention” we wonder why this reply below. Obviously it did, hello!

Nnaa nda? I read ya but let me add that this person took my warning to leave Greg alone too far. Her overreaction activated my mean side. Looks like it’s winding down though. Ngbo Fumi?

Idi Amin daud, the clueless awusa boy:

Even though the link you provided is outside BNW and four years prior to my involvement here, I’ll still show remorse towards FUMI. I am a complete man, grown one at that so here’s my apology to FUMI, I’m very, very SORRY.

However, I still expect you also to show “where I insulted you [Fumi] in the past without any justifiable excuse, my apology would be prompt and sincere otherwise watch out.” This is the THRUST of my post and I look forward to seeing this link too.

Idi Amin daud, I’m really proud of what we the southerners did for you folks (north), we forced you to get a little education so that we may be able to communicate as we’re doing here. Imagine how difficult it would’ve been to understand you without that. Now, show some respect to your superiors.

My brother, now you got me, of all people, blushing like a newly married bride straight from the village to Eko. Fumi is a guy as I gathered from a reliable source but I'll still treat him like a lady as long as this name is concerned.

Waypoint1Biafra,

This was wayy too much to handle! you got me cracking up.

MeBiafran,

My brother, You're a solid gentleman for being humble enough to proffer apologies while clarifying your position. This is your hallmark; Straightforwardness.

On my part, I hope I did not create a false impression on my previous post where I stated to Tagbo thusly: "Fumi is no skirt!".

I see the term "skirt" as a perjorative (and patronising at best) term, sort of like I would see the word "broad", and in the context in which that term was leaned upon to take a swipe at "all the Igbo people in this thread", by Tagbo, I felt it necessary to insinuate that Fumi's thread deserves our participation just as much as any, by reminding Tagbo that characterization by the term "skirt" is not an acceptable way to define the handle Fumi, whose other postings on this board I have come accross.

So just in case this is the cause of the panic by Waypoint, you may not have been "hosed" afterall. [Big Grin]

Everything may still be intact. (lol)

I am underwhelmed. But, your apology is accepted, in part. Remember rules number 4, 5, and 6. I reserve the right to fully apply them. "Reliable sources" have also supplied me some information about you. Yes, the real you.

Waypoint:

From Guantanamo to Kabul, you can see that even this conservative Supreme Court is rolling back the Bush Reich. What do you say about that? Put your answer in the appropriate thread, not here.

Fumi Onodipe:

I'm sorry that you still feel "underwhelmed" on the other hand your acceptance of my first apology "overwhelmed" me. (LOL).

quote:
"Reliable sources" have also supplied me some information about you. Yes, the real you.

My dear, believe me, I'm not a thief, not in hiding otherwise I wouldn't use my real and legal names to post my articles since I do so with open mind. Take care and let's hope our tread from now on remain civil. One more thing, if you discover that I’m on the lam or swindled anyone out of valuables, never restrict yourself. You’re expected and required to make that info public because I strongly believe that shame is the most efficacious way to change a bad habit and not concealment.

Uka,

THANKS A BUNCH!

Biafra:

quote:
Don't say things you don't know if you don't want to go about saying you are sorry.
Brother, nothing shameful about being remorseful. It is the adult thing to do so I have no qualms saying it even as those that disparaged me never rose to this height it still won't stop me. I learned this and other virtues from my father. But remember there's still a CHALLENGE for them to show where I insulted Fumi prior to our verbal altercation few days ago. She accused me of insulting her in the past with my "foul mouth," remember? I could have easily refused to say I'm sorry based on that but then what purpose would it serve?

Guys,

This place is addicting. If I watched T.V., it would better than that.

Ukaobasi,

Because of the nice things Biafra said about Fumi, I witheld myself from joining in the fun. But I did wonder what sex Fumi really was, cos this added a whole new dimension to this little talk. So Fumi is a female, right? I'm asking. Is it Fumi or Fimi?

I guess you missed where the poignant way1Biafra was "hosed" as a result of this misconception? You keep it up, you did be next. You guys are so hard up on the mere mention of the that name. If Fumi is a 'she,' Adenkunle did be her choice, know why? He jumped to her defense and got cut to bits (lol) way before Idi Amin daud did.

"THIS PLACE ROCKS!"

Ukaobasi, Greg, and MeBiafran:

It is wrong for the three of you to form a gang (three musketeers) and use it to derail a thread that someone else started. If you don't like the topic, start your own or go to another topic. Since you are so big on proof before you believe anything, what proof have you offered for the idiotic drivel that you have written in this thread so far regarding Fumi. I can think of all kinds of ways that Fumi could apply those rules of hers using your own examples and any of them would leave you begging the webmaster to close this thread.

Far be it that I would let your misguided and late post drive me into joining issues with you considering that you're one of the people I admire. It's rather sad that you arrived too late after some progress has been made to re-engineer a dying thread so, I'll let you ponder on whether you think your post was called for.
