In continuation with the tradition, allow me to introduce to you with my congratulatory message our new and latest SENIOR ADVOCATE, the very special man in the room, VENERABLE GREG. In his short participation here, he has single handedly injected more dynamism and seriousness into our discussion again and for this I doff my hat for him.
We LOVE you, MAN!!

Greg, let me join my humble voice in congratulations. For in the Igbo village, when you fail to attend other peoples burial ceremony, no one will come for your own! Greg, my message to you is Illegitimis nil carborundum.

Thanks for your kind response to me at the other thread. It should by now be noted that when Daud comes out to toast you on an achievement or in empathy on something, notwithstanding contrasting his opinion against the percieved opinions of Dave in this case, you must have scaled a very high peak indeed.

Thank you, guys, for your well wishes; and thanks to any who may post to this thread afterwards; I count you all my friends. A special thanks to Daud cos believe it or not, I like your style, man. My special friends also know who they are and I am positively overjoyed to be in their midst. You're included too Ochiwar just so there is no doubt.
Truth to tell I don't know anybody here that I don't admire in some form or fashion. I thought I would early on show my appreciation for you guys cos I might have made some enemies here and there and I might not get too many congrats. But my honest feeling is that the people on this board are the best, from whatever place or opinion they hail. I'm encouraged for the future if this generation of BiafraNigerians comes close to resembling the membership of this excellent internet village. Thanks again.
Ochiwar,
Amicus certus in re incerta cernitur. Gracia, frater. Pro tempore causa finita est, autem qui desiderat pacem, praeparet bellum. Igitur exspecto mox incursus in personam ab inimicus. Ita est.

Greg congratulations, as an Igbo-American, you are indeed a rare breed.
Since you came on board, your fantastic command of English in your posts have never ceased to impress me.Moreso, the fact that you have painstakingly researched the facts about the precarious Igbo situation in Nigeria which informed your invaluable posts reveals the genius in you.Keep doing good.I thank God for your wisdom and pray that he bless us with more and more of your type.
As our people say,Jide ka iji nwanna. You are truely a worthy son.
I crave the indulgence of my esteem comrades on BNW forum, and enjoin them to bestow on you the well deserved brotherhood of our beloved nation. You have indeed shown your mettle, I only wish that the same can be said of some whose display of cowardize and ignorance in support of our cause never ceases to amaze me. CONGRATULATIONS!Posts: 119 | From: USA | Registered: Aug 2001

I read you loud and clear Greg, although it was not here that you posted your message but in the Ojukwu thread. Ego animis opibusque parati. Arguendo, Argumentum ad hominem, Argumentum ad ignorantiam, Argumentum Ad absurdum, ego expecto pro patria. Quae nocent, saepe docent.Ergo stultum est timere quod vitare non potes. Pax tecum Frater.
