I can only say that God in heaven who has kept NGIGE for these hellish 2 years, will still keep him.
For us, the ANAMBRA people (majority), this is not about legality nor morality. All we know is that since 1991 that Anambra was created, only NGIGE has made a difference in his hellish two years.
These hellish situation was occasioned by the fact that he refused to share state funds. If he had allowed PDP stake holders to loot, their would have been "peace", to the detriment of our beloved state. He has built and is still building roads, salaries are paid and on time, water projects are going on, etc.
Ngige has salvaged the state from the hell she was sent to by Mbadinujus Admin. (Uba was somewhere in the shadows even then). OBJ and PDP didnt see anything wrong in it, even when our younger ones didnt sit for waec.
For Obasanjo to support Chris Uba simply means that he (OBJ) is doomed like the rest who are fighting us. This struggle is not about Chris Ngige and Chris Uba, its about good governance in Anambra with Ngige as a symbol and a monster called PDP with Uba as a symbol. PDP means Power to Destroy the People. Sooner or later, OBJ will pay for the crimes commited in Anambra state by his beloved boys, if not law of man, by laws of God. Some body must answer for the bloods of Bar. Igwe, his wife and their unborn baby.
Let the whole world know that NGIGE is a hero to the ordinary Anambra man, because he has touched our lives.
Long live Chief Chekwas Okorie for identifying with Ngige. It is identification with Anambra people. Anybody from Anambra State fighting Ngige now is selfish and should be seen as our enemy. I respect Ojukwu a lot, but on this matter, he has erred grossly.
The good of the people should have superceeded personal and even politcal interests.
Long Live Anambra State. Long Live Ngige

No truer words were ever spoken. The poor people of Anambra have been like sheep for the slaughter before the likes of Chris Ubah and his supporters, who are well beyond trying to hide their sinister intentions of subjugating Anambra state and looting its treasury. These criminal elements care nothing for the common good of average persons struggling to eke out an existence. Without regard to the stolen mandate of Peter Obi, I see wisdom in supporting the efforts Governor Ngige, who seems to be a man awakened out of slumber to the patriotic service of Igbo people. If only others were to emulate his resolve we would see a marked difference in the quality of life for all Igbo. But he must not waver, and the people must do their utmost to protect him from the intrigues and violence of Mr. Obasanjo's errand boys.
The new leadership in Igboland must be defined in terms of measureable service to the people as a whole, and not the pandering to political power brokers, as has been the case in the past. Ubah and company must be banished from Anambra politics and none of his ilk allowed to return. If the police power in the state will not obey the voice of the governor, another must be formed that will be loyal to the state and its citizens. It is not a crime for a sitting governor to protect his state and its people from the obviously criminal actions of outside influences. It is his duty to do so.
Chekwas Okorie has done the right thing by embracing Ngige and his good efforts to serve the citizens of Anambra. It gives hope to the people that the good work begun by Ngige will not so easily be stopped, and salvages something good out of the crisis that has rocked Igbo political aspirations in the last month or so. Ngige's good works are something positive that all Anambrians, yes, all Igbos should support, as the only way at this moment in time to better the lives of the average citizen in that state.
