I evaluated the two articles, reviewed the facts, and I concluded that Ambrose Ehirim has more credibility than Jude Akubuilo. Therefore, like a good public juror, I resolved any doubts in favor of Ehirim.
I noticed that you jumped to your own conclusions long before you even read Ambrose Ehirim's account of the events. What is your link with Akubuilo that made you so impatient; too impatient to wait and read Ehirim's account? Please, answer.
I find it exceedingly funny that Jude Akubuilo continues to have every access in this world to his "peppersoup joint" buddy, Philip Eriri, but Philip Eriri is being hidden from Ambrose Ehirim. Thus, Akubuilo has become the spokesman for Eriri. You do of course know that it raises the question: is Akubuilo suborning the future false testimony of Eriri? I will not be surprised if an article bearing Eriri's name soon emerges, an article written by Akubuilo, of course! According to you:

It seems your brother Jude Akubuilo has been very busy lately. I received the following in my inbox this morning from one of the yahooligan forum:

Jude has his high speed Internet service through COX COMMUNICATIONS with a gateway IP address of 68.4.4.66 (page 2 of attachment). He publicly uses the email address attyjagoz@.... However, the same exact gateway and IP address of 68.4.4.66 is used by OJEBEOGENE@... to send messages (page 3 of attachment). Thus, OJEBEOGENE@... either resides with Jude at the same residence or he is Jude. You make the connection. Also, on page 4 of the attachment I have included a trace from my computer (obilaw) to Cox-Communications. Jude's computer was turned off or locally firewalled off thus there was no response when I ran the trace. But the last hop before his computer responded.
JOHN EGBO, alias jimokoh@...:
John Egbo has high speed internet service through Adelphia communications with an IP address of 70.36.167.195 (page 5 of attachment). He publicly uses the email address jnegbo@.... However, the same exact gateway and IP address of 70.36.167.195 is used by jimokoh@... to send messages (page 6 of attachment). Thus, jimokoh@... either resides with John Egbo at the same residence in Southern California or he is John Egbo. You make the connection. James Oko does not reside in the UK, he is right here in Los Angeles California area (i.e. losaca.adelphia.net was the closest hop to John Egbo that responded) in John Egbo's residence. Also, on page 7 of the attachment I have included a trace from my computer (obilaw) to adelphia communications (adelphia.net). John's computer was turned off or locally firewalled off thus there was no response when I ran the trace. But the last hop before him computer responded.
To remove any doubt about the trace method used herein, I have also attached a trace to one of my emails on pages 8-9. And a trace to one of Afam's emails on pages 10-12. As you can see, both my computer and Afam's computer were ON thus they responded to the trace. My service is with Time Warner Road Runner (i.e. socal.rr.com) and Afam's high speed must be through Comcast (I have never asked him, but I bet he will confirm it).
Finally, I will expose any person that tries to disparage any other Igbo person in any of our forums using fake names. That is a promise.

I am not surprised by the shameful behavior of this Jude Akubuilo character. You could almost smell the disrepute in his character from his shyster response to Ambrose Ehirim's article.

The guy seems to be changing from the person I use to know, and you guys can do whatever you want to his personality, if all that I read at EnuguUSA fora and Wawaa Net about him are correct. For an old dude, I would expect that all that were wrong and he won’t stoop that low for an election to a charity org.

If he had wanted to run for President why did not he just declare instead of hiding under a mask to attack my candidacy. Do we really have hope as Ndiigbo? Or has NKU-UKWA eaten our fabric or just that of these two?
As to Mz John Egbo, I was not all that shocked. Mz Egbo recently busted himself after using fake Peter Onovo to attack the candidacy of Dr. Ugorji in favor of Dr. Obiesie. If you all recall, Mz Egbo busted himself when he wrote from Peter Onovo e-mail and signed off as John Egbo. We all caught that in amusement but that did not stop him.
Moreover, Mz Egbo is a candidate for President of Igbo Cultural Association of Southern California. An election that is marred by allegation of registration of fake organizations. In addition, Mz Egbo was the former President of Enugu-USA, the same organization I am aspiring to lead. This unfortunate revelation has made me to wonder what has become of our so called leaders? Do we have any hope of rescue in the Diaspora? Have all our leaders fallen victim to the Igbo enemies that we embark on politics of personal destruction?
Finally, these our brothers remind me of Obi Odidika issue which was roundly condemned in this fora. And the case of Peter Onovo which all of us witnessed. This is very sad that our own brothers will chose to attack you to the extent of destroying you all because you have offered yourself to serve. And the worse is that they are doing while hiding under a mask of fake names instead of declaring their intention and debating you on issues.
If this is not cowardice, I do not know whatelse to call it. However, I think that all well-maeaning Ndiigbo in the Diaspora must publicly repudiate these brothers and demand they retrace their steps back to Ndiigbo.
Election or no election, Jude Akubuilo and John Egbo have damaged the reputation of an organization that we all love and I am aspiring to lead. They have brought themselves and the positions they hold to sheer disrepute. They have betrayed the trust and respect I have for them and their positions. I don't even know if an apology or retraction is necessary in what seems to be a lost cause. It is sad as it is terrible.
Finally, we of the NWANNE MALU NWANNE CAMPAIGN will stay focused and positive. While we express disappointment and disdain, we cannot stoop to that lowly level. We will continue to advance our cause to Enugu people. We will continue to highlight our programs as we expose the bad eggs within for Ndiigbo to know. And we will continue knowing fully well that our cause is just and we are on the side of God and justice. Ndiigbo must not be slave to anybody----not when I am alive.

The key and major word is IF. Should I continue to harp on someone assuming he was wrongly accused? It has always been my style to show contrition whenever I offend folks, something that people find hard to extend to me. I was not at that Cali owambe and the post you cited was made with the thinking that Akubuilo's rejoinder was honest and not knowing it was full of holes. Regarding his academic pedigree, I believe someone told us that the guy has a terminal degree and going by that info is it not commendable to congratulate him which shouldn't take away my support for the position taken by Mazi Ehirim whom I personally sent a note of thanks for his straight forward article that got Akubuilo riled? Finally, if the allegation against Akubuilo is water tight as proven, why should I be as stupid as continuing to stake my reputation in his behalf? Oh yeah, Brother OU, the more you read the less you see having missed "IF" "IF" "IF." (LOL).
