It seems this lovely lady has been denied total custody of the embryo. It was only a matter of time before the folly and mockery of family life in western civilisation is bared before all.

First it was two boys strolling to the shop to buy some lady's eggs to make them a baby or some girls buying man's seeds.

Seems to me humanity will one day stumble on the discovery that "the thing" and the process was designed to work in a simple uncomplicated way. You will notice there is even a mention of compassion. And there I was thinking human beings are just mechanical stuff that could use and dispense of each other when they please!

She has argued that Mr Johnston, from Gloucester, had already consented to their creation, storage and use, and should not be allowed to change his mind. Current UK laws require both the man and woman to give consent, and allow either party to withdraw that consent up to the point where the embryos are implanted.

I'm firmly on the guy’s side on this. He shouldn’t be made to father a child with a woman he is no longer with. If she can go to the lengths of dragging him through all the courts in the land + the EU you can just imagine why they split up in the first place.
