Ochiwar: You know, the best way to deal with the issue at hand is to present a well reasoned response, not diatribe. Truth be told, you responded to my post, I don't need your attention and your response is meaningless in that you have failed to tell me and other readers why Biafrans couldnt make their case for a separate country without baseless tribal abuse. Most of you have not been able to do so, instead you have continued your tribalism. When I responded with fact showing that Igbos are basically not different from their fellow citizens and that the weakness identified in other tribes are readily available in Ndi Igbo you cry that I hate Igbos! You don't have to respond to my post anymore, do like I did to your two fellow travelers, ignore me.
But I will continue to show your weakness, I will continue to provide evidence that Ndi Igbo has corrupt elements just like their fellow Nigerians, that they lack any evidence in their history to suggest that they are superior to their fellow citizens. When Biafra is independent of political, cultural and economic policy influence of the nigerian government, there will be no nigerian incompetents like kalu orji, achike udenwa, peter odili of rivers, nnamani, anywhere in position of authority in Igbo land. Movement for the Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), has apologised to the people and government of Anambra State, over recent disturbances, particularly in Onitsha.
The group said, "we are apologising and appealing that they should forgive and forget the kidnapping, abduction, destruction and embarrassment which we might have caused them,'' Mr David Mac-David, MASSOB's Assistant Director of Information said.
He said yesterday in Onitsha, that MASSOB's activities were hijacked by miscreants to cause disaffection between it and the people of Anambra State, adding that the mayhem was not its intention.
Mac-David said the organisation was planning a world praise and prayer conference for peace to reign in the state, adding that "we want to assure everybody that we are a non-violent and law-abiding citizens," he said. ____________________________________

Who needs an 'apology' from those criminals who calls themselves MASSOB anyway? Surely not the Nwa Aros who have all along told the world, through this and other medium that MASSOB members at home and their sponsors in the Diaspora are a buch of OPPORTUNISTS who have found in the Igbo economic and political dislocation in Nigeria an opportunity to cause same hapless Igbo people more hardship and pain.
What an Igbo born of his mother for example would send people to go cause such wantom destruction of live and property against his fellow Igbos and motherland and still has the gull to tell those who care to listen that the organization (MASSOB) that carried out such madness (or on whose orders it was done) is a "non-violent" organization, and those who committed such heinous crimes being "law-abiding" citizens? Citizens of which country if I may ask?
The above CONFESSION by an obviously addicted felon who calls himself Mac-David (does that name sound Igbo to you?) is a vindication of folks like Nwa Aro who have all along held the view that MASSOB for all its pretentions MEANS NO GOOD for the Igbo race or for Igbo land. I just read the messages of Kesu and also that of Nwa aro. I wonder what people like that are doing in this forum in the first place because I see no reason why someone should be participating in a forum he sees nothing good in.
Moreso, Kesu in particular in his response to Ochiwar has demonstrated his stupidity and lack of reason by describing the Igbo's as a "good for nothing people" I am not surprised because I have met people like that only I did not expect to see them in this forum.
The Igbos today are paying the price of failure and also those who believe in the Biafran idea are treated as fools and dreamers because they failed. However I wish to remind them that the only constant thing in life is change.
Those who believe that the Igbo's second class treatment and political slavery in Nigeria is meant to stay will someday be found wrong. And it is most unfortunate that some people of Igbo extraction have by reasons of selfishness and low mentality joined hands in persecuting their fellow Igbo's in this respect.
Nwa aro who has not and cannot contribute anything to the Igbo nation is busy insulting MASSOB. He is a coward, a fugitive and a stack illitrate (even if he is educated) I don't blame him. If MASSOB were a little bit more aggressive like HAMAS or HEZBOLLAH for example people like him will not have the opportunity to talk.
