well an Apology to Adolph Hitler atleast he was Brave unlke the the bomboy butcher-P.Obi, all in an effort to please Obasanjo and igbo haters in Aso-rock . Peter Obi butchered killed, mudered and buried in a mass graves more that 600 unarmed and defencesless innocent igbos- mostly youths!-his own people!.with this singular Slaughter, Peter Obi now ranked number 1 among the Top igbos that shedded the Blood of their own Fellow igbos.
before Peter Obi came on Board, Achike Udenwa of Imo state was toping that List with over 120 unarmed Massobians among them 20 Women he Udenwa odered their massacre in 2003-runup to election.Udenwas suprise act, was an amok-reaction to the prevaling situation, were Massob supported APGA Party/Candidate has soared and about to overwhelm him.thats couple with the facts, that Uwazurike out of what he called respect for Ojukwu, has odered all Massobian to support and campagn for APGA. were 2003 Election free and fair, Udenwa would have lost his sit as imo gov.

The case of Peter obi is the worst Evil, cause he got no political or whatever reason to slaughter unarmed defenceless citizen but just to satisfy the wish of Obasanjo in other to get favour from him- but he was tricked, cause obasanjo is a master of insicerity- and soon he Obi will taste it.

Peter Obi Romance with satanic obasanjo and his foot soldiers like Uba and co is an Open secret. He never condems third term, he has never say any thing against Obasanjos anti-igbo policy- thats ofcource was the main motto of Apga party. this is not a coincidence. Massob extermination, the illegal Hunt of great NGIGE, all was planned in Aso rock and handed down to Obi even before became gov.

Peter Obi- dead or Alive!

Peter Obis hand is full of Blood of Innocent young Men and women and he must be captured and tried dead or alive. if Dead we will try him posthoumously, if alive, we will try him in a competent Court for Genocide and crime against humanity. the Blood of the innocents are crying for justice and unless we act and do Justice
to the Offender, their Spirit will not rest but continue to hunt our peace.
lets join hand to see that peter Obi is brought to Justice. the sooner the better.!

Impeachment: Anambra gov weeps, drags lawmakers before monarchs

SYLVANUS EZE, Awka and ALPHONSUS AGBORH, Asaba
Thursday, October 19, 2006
ANAMBRA State governor, Mr. Peter Obi, on Wednesday wept openly before the royal fathers in the state, pleading that they should call members of the state House of Assembly to order.

The royal fathers, led by the Chairman, Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council, Igwe Kenneth Orizu, converged on the Government House in Awka to pay solidarity visit to the governor on his impeachment battle with the legislators.

He denied ever embezzling the state’s funds of Anambra State. According to him, “I am hearing the impeachment notice like you people are hearing. I have not received the impeachment documents. When I see them, I will reply.

“You are our fathers, if I did not tell you the truth, I cannot tell it to anybody. I am not guilty of any of their alleged offences, because I did not embezzle even one kobo of Anambra State funds; I am prepared to surrender myself for probe with any agency”.

Shedding tears, he told the royal fathers, “I do not know when it is an offence to lodge the state funds in banks which I heard the legislators alleged I did. We banked not only in Fidelity Bank, but also in other banks and all the money we banked so far are intact”.

He said he was not only the former chairman of Fidelity Bank, but chairman and vice chairman of many other banks. On the reconstruction and renovation of the Government House Complex, Awka, which the legislators alleged that he gave its contract to his campaign manager, Mr. I.K. Nwandu, at the inflated cost of N100 million, he said that the budget prepared by his predecessor put the cost at N245 million while his contractor did it at N100 million.

He said that he was not insisting that he would be the governor, but that if it was discovered that he was not doing well or that he stole the state fund, he would resign as the governor.

The traditional rulers assured him of their support and urged him not to lose hope. They also promised to meet with legislators of their respective communities on the matter and should they insist on the impeachment move, they would arrange with their communities to recall them from the state House of Assembly.

Meanwhile, the state House of Assembly has said there is no going back on its planned impeachment of the governor. In a press conference in Asaba, Delta State, the speaker, Hon. Mike Balonwu, said the House had concluded all arrangements to impeach Governor Obi.

The House of Assembly also suspended five members for “actions inimical to the progress of the assembly and the state”. The affected members are: Anthonia Okoye (Onitsha South II), Joseph Dimobi (Deputy Majority Leader) and representative of Aniocha Constituency II, Ben Nwosu.

Others are: Sylvester Okeke (Aniocha I) and the only APGA member, Emmanuel Iloegbunam (NJikoka I). The motion for the suspension was moved by Majority Leader, Humphrey Nsofor and seconded by Ben Obidigbo, the Chief Whip.

Speaker Balonwu said that their suspension was indefinite and that members were unanimous in their decision to discipline their erring colleagues.

On the belief in some quarters that the House had softpedalled on the impeachment notice served on Governor Obi and his deputy, Balonwu said that it was untrue.

“We can never relent and we are more determined than ever,” he said. He said that the meeting held with the national chairman of the PDP, Senator Ahmadu Ali, in Asaba on Tuesday was an internal matter.

Security has also been beefed up in Awka and other parts of Anambra as armed policemen are now deployed in major streets in the state.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that the presence of security operatives was more especially noticeable on roads leading to the state capital, Awka, as traders closed shops to show solidarity with Governor Obi.

Can there be anyone here who would be suprised with the events in Anambra State?. It has been obvious since day one that the only reason that Ngige lost the case at the tribunal was simply because the Uba brothers would find it easier to dethrone Peter Uba than Chris Ngige who actually had a proven track record to take to the electorate come 2007.

On becoming governor one of Obi's acts was to invite Obasanjo's goons attack Massob. Massob and Bakassi are now weakened, who is he now going to run to?

The fact that Ngige assumed the public office by fraud against the principles of democracy and Peter Obi was declared the winner is a good public practice. If anyone had a crystal ball to predict Obi's bastardized means of government,Ndi Igbo would have objected, particularly Anambra; too bad the Igbos are screwed again.

The impeachment by Obasanjo controlled political party government is good for democracy. I will be happy, if Peter is removed from the office for spilling the blood of any Igbo for political reasons. In fact, It will not be all that bad if the bastard is buried alive with his rib cages .No public official has the right to take another person's life. Peter Obi must go compaign has begun. I say, wack the dog, he is an alien in Igbo land.

Hail Biafra

CJ Raises Panel To Probe Obi

Anambra Gets Two Speakers

Balonwu To IG: Arrest Nwosu
From Chucks Collins Uzowa Nzeagwu, Awka and Betrans Nwannekama
FORCES against Anambra State governor Peter Obi may have gone a step further by getting the Chief Judge of the State, Justice Chuka Okoli, to set up a seven-man panel to investigate the governor over alleged "gross misconduct".

A source last night confided in The Guardian that Justice Okoli will on Monday inaugurate the panel at his chambers by 11a.m.

The panel which would be headed by Mr. Chinedu Oranuba, also has as members Ifenayi Udenze, Ijemma Okwe, Irene Uche Okonkwo, Chinezie Mbonu, Reverend Cannon Dom Ofueme and Emma Chuka Ifidike.

Meanwhile alleging the setting up of a parallel House of Assembly by the Anambra State Governor Peter Obi, 15 lawmakers of the State House yesterday asked the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Sunday Ehindero and security agents to arrest the speaker newly appointed by the governor.

The 15 lawmakers who convened at the state House of Assembly at about 10:30am yesterday moved four motions describing the actions of the governor and ten members as illegal and unconstitutional.

"The House condemns in its entirety the actions of Governor Peter Obi for gathering a group of six suspended Honourable members in his office at the Government House illegally trying to set them up as a parallel legislator in a bold-faced defiance of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999".

Eighteen lawmakers signed an impeachment notice against the Governor and his deputy, Dame Virginia Etiaba accusing them of gross financial misconduct while five other legislators were not in support.

But on Wednesday, Obi swore in a new clerk of the House and by Wednesday the five lawmakers who were suspended by the House convened at the Government House and elected Ben Chuks Nwosu representing Nnewi North constituency as Speaker.

However, the House presided over by the speaker, Mike Balonwu adopted four motion in which they accused Governor Obi of constituting a parallel legislature and electing Ben Chuks as their purported Speaker which, according to them, is a usurpation of powers of the state House of Assembly.

They further called on the Inspector General of Police and the state Commissioner of Police and other security agencies to arrest Nwosu for parading himself as Speaker.

The House also passed a vote of confidence on the Speaker, Balonwu, saying he has given the House a qualitative leadership.

The motion, moved by the Ben Ogidigbo, said, "whereas His Excellency, Governor Peter Obi hound the said Hon. Ben Chuks Nwosu and five other suspended honourable members of the House to join them, totalling 10 in all, put them in his office in the government House and compelled them to choose Hon. Ben Chuks Nwosu as their purported Speaker".

He contended that since illegality can not be founded on illegality, the actions of the 10 honourable mentioned about are illegal, unconstitutional, null and void and of no effect whatsoever.

Faction of State Assembly Impeaches Gov Obi
By Paul Ohia, Lagos, 11.02.2006

A faction of the Anambra State House of Assembly has impeached the governor of the state, Peter Obi over allegations of corruption and abuse of office. The governor was removed by 5.00am and his deputy Dame Virginia Etiaba was asked to assume office as governor while the state Chief Judge was instructed to swear her in. The legislators broke into two factions following the impeachment move on the governor and the two sides with their speakers lay claim to legitimacy to the lawmaking activities of the state. Obi took over post seven months ago after a court ruled in his favour and dismissed his predecessor, Dr. Chris Ngige for election rigging. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commision (EFCC) had indicted more that 30 governors under allegations of corruption recently but Governor Obi was not among them. However, Obi has said that the impeachment cannot be effective because the members of the legislature that claimed to have impeached him are not up to 21 in number as they claimed stressing that 13 of the lawmakers are in support of him. He claimed that some people want to throw the state into chaos for political reasons. The lawmakers who accused the governor of corruption and abuse of power had on Friday asked the state chief judge to appoint a seven-man panel to investigate him. That panel met briefly and purportedly submitted its reports, indicting the governor over the allegations.

Etiaba takes over in Anambra - Dumps ex-boss; I'm still the Gov - Obi

Sylvanus Eze, Awaka and Olusola Sanni
Saturday, November 4, 2006
The Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Mrs.Virgy Etiaba, yesterday morning reneged on her earlier position not to ditch her former boss, Mr. Peter Obi, as she took oath of office to become the first female governor in Nigeria.

advertisement

She was sworn in by the state Chief Judge, Justice Chuka Okoli, amidst tears from women and sympathizers to former governor, Mr. Peter Obi. From the temperament of Mrs. Etiaba, it seemed as if she was forced into being sworn-in as she warned after her inaugural address, that in keeping with the mood of the state, she would not entertain courtesy calls and admonished all not to send to her congratulatory messages, saying the state was not in celebration mood.

She stated “I accepted to be sworn-in because as the deputy governor of the state, it has beckoned on me to fill the gap this circumstances has created”. Etiaba said that she never prayed or wished for a situation like this to arise and that she was not enthused by it either and added that she believed that her decision was in the best interest of the state and pleaded for understanding and prayers.

Earlier, the former state governor, Mr. Peter Obi, after addressing newsmen by 7 am in the morning, raised alarm that the state Chief Judge, Justice Chuka Okoli, had planned to swear in his deputy, Mrs. Virgy Etiaba as the governor of Anambra state despite the fact that all the processes so far taken to arrive at his purported impeachment by a faction of the Anambra state House of assembly were unconstitutional.

Immediately after the swearing in of the deputy governor as the state governor the former state governor, Mr. Peter Obi, told newsmen that he was still the governor of Anambra state that the actions of the lawmakers were unconstitutional and that he would not bow down or concede to illegality.

He said that the Balonwu group never at anytime had the two-third majority required by the constitution to direct the state chief Judge to set up a panel to investigate the so-called allegations levelled against him.

Mr. Obi said while he offered to defend himself before the panel, they bluntly refused to give him the opportunity to do so and within 48 hours, the panel allegedly turned in a non-existent report to Balonwu led faction, which then sat at 5 am with less than 12 members announced his purported impeachment.

He said that the Chief Judge also frustrated his attempts to obtain an injunction to stop his setting up of the seven-man panel and did all he could to see that he was impeached uncon-stitutionally.

While thanking the people of the state for solidly standing behind him, he maintained that he was not prepared to surrender the electoral mandate by bowing to the crude and unconstitutional actions of the state Chief Judge and the Balonwu led 15 members of the state House of Assembly.

This impeachment will not stand; Nigeria has a tendency to do things in a haste,Anambra included. Peter Obi though a monster for the death of innocent Igbos will be vindicated afterwards because of the way and manner the impeachment is handled.

Waypoint1Biafra, let me assure you brother, there will be no Vindication for a Man, whose Hands is stained with so many Innocent lives!.The only Vindication that awaits Peter Obi for now is what i will called Saddam Hussein Vindication.
Saddam was illegally and forcefully remove from Office against international Laws by George Bush (JNR), Today saddam is being sentence to Death by Hanging for the so many innocent Bloods that he shedded when he was in Power- thats exactly what awaits Peter Obi!- History shall prove me right.
As he goes to Court, thousands of the remnant of those killed will also be going to Court against Him.my only Fear and concern due the Lawless situation that pervades the Land and the lack of trust on the nigerian Justice System is that the whole thing might end up with Public Lynching. As i written to you now, Friends, Comrades and relations of those that were killed are mobilising and waiting for the withdrawal of Peter Obis security before they strike him.
