Governor Amaechi,
Please ignore this wicked man OBASANJO, his greed led him to grab people's land, using his position as the president. If Nigeria was a civilized country,Obasanjo will be langushing in jail by now, because he abused the office of the presidency,by depriving the suffering etche people of their land.
How many Igbo-etche people have land in Ota or Egba land? This man must be stopped, not after all he did to Easterners. He forgot time like this will come, when he will not be able to ride on people's back anymore. Please, revoke all the land he grabbed. He should go to the north or Egbaland and invest his loot. Oyo or Ondo state will not give him an inch of their land for investment.

Obasanjo sends emissaries to Amaechi

• Pleads for protection of investments in Rivers

From CHRIS IKWUNZE, Port Harcourt
Tuesday, November 13, 2007

Barely three weeks after Governor Rotimi Amaechi assumed office, following the Supreme Court’s judgment, former President Olusegun Obasanjo has extended an olive branch to him. He also asked for the protection his investments in the state.

Daily Sun gathered that Obasanjo, who was fingered in the substitution of Amaechi’s name as governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State, sent a prominent governor in the South West and two Speakers of state Houses of Assembly in the zone to meet with Amaechi.

Reliable sources said Obasanjo’s emissaries specifically asked for the protection of his vast business empire in the state.

It was gathered that during the closed-door meeting the three emissaries asked the governor to forget the name substitution sage, which led to the dropping of Amaechi as the PDP governorship candidate in Rivers State.

The source said the emissaries had told Amaechi that some Rivers State elders deceived the PDP national leaders, into supporting the substitution of his name.

Responding, Amaechi was said to have told the team that due process would be followed in every government action in the state. He was said to have explained that he would not "rob Peter to pay Paul’ and that whatever the former president acquired legitimately would be protected.

The emissaries were said to have left Port Harcourt disappointed as it did not get firm assurance from Amaechi.

Meanwhile, there are some issues on Obasanjo’s investments in Rivers. Sources say that some of the property are already in dispute, particularly the plots of land in Igbo Etche, Ahoada and Bori, which were given to him by ex-Gov Peter Odili.

Mz Amaechi:

Due process or not, you must revoke every bit of piece of land olusegun obasanjo acquired in Igboland. That yoroba crook did not follow due process when he seized land from Igbo owners in Etche. This illegal transfer of Igbo land to olusegun obasanjo is not the same as Igbo ownership of investments in yoroba areas such as Lagos where free market due process was followed. In any case, they can revoke Igbo investments in those areas too, but you MUST NOT allow olusegun obasanjo's seizure of Igbo land to stand.

Hail Biafra, Land of the Rising Sun!!

My people what I would like to know from the Governor is how many plots of land he has in ant part of the western states. Was he not in Nigeria to know what OBJ did as he was leaving office as the military head of State, when he grabed the land of Ottah people which he took in pretence of a project he called Operation Feed the Nation (OFN), which in actual fact was Obasanjo Farm Nigerian Ltd still (OFN), which was why I never shared any tears when Sani Dan Iska Abachia threw him in jail. He is not just a Thief, but also a greedy vendicative fatso who would do anything to eliminate his opponents. He has fucked Amaechi up before and will do so again if the governor doesn't tell him where to go, which is where all the Ex-this and Ex-that have gone before him.
