See me
No you don' t
You only think you do
I am an armless adult
with pictures to paint which you will never see
See me
Oh how I wish you could
I am adult without eyes to see
Yet I remember a time when I could contain the world
in pictures stored in my imagination
See me
I am a child who hungers
but there is nothng to eat
I am confused not knowing
what it is that causes me to squat down
with hands to my head
with conditioned misery I can not explain
I am orphaned in my adult world
still not understanding
supression
Know what I am
I am a song yet to be written
Tears yet to be cried
I am you to be pitied
For not truly understanding
who I am
I am a child of God
Waiting for my brothers & sisters
world wide
to reconize me.
I am family

I am keeping well yet standing guard and reminding myself I am a victor not a victim.
I always make sure I never sit with my back towards the door.
That is a sure sign of being well.
I am always listening
I have been this way as a child,
Expecting something.
Like a preparation.
