Wounded like a dog in a dung
We crept alooft the high wall
And fell broken on the ground
We lost limbs and blood in the hail

O ye invissibles! judge our motives real
On the pledges of our heroes past we stand
Though we lost efforts and heads in the hail
Yet we lives to inherit the land

To ye brave and humble men
It was all a point and not in vain
The light of your right shines in mars
For this cause rest in peace.
