It's official from Singapore:

London will host the 2012 Olympics after eliminating Paris in the fourth and final round of voting at the International Olympic Committee session in Singapore.

Once again, the presence of Africa was not felt or the continent represented in Singapore. What a shame. This is the third event for Britain.

It is a relief London beat Paris. As far as the black man is concerned, London is far more like home than Paris

Do they have the facilities to host such an event? We all know wbout Wembelly Stadium and Hyde Park but what all after that, the little soccer fields?

So they have enough resourses to erect whatever the olympics need but what about good old land resourses? Whose house will be demolished for the common good of the city? You CSE or some other black from Central London? Just fishing.
