The appointment of Ms Harriet Miers to replace Justice Sandra Day is indeed more than affirmative action with no sense and sensibility. It is simply stupid. This is a compensatory appointment maximized with errors.GW. goofed on this one and shows that he's out of touch with America. Now, we know that diversity is not always a viable option, especially for a seat in the nation's highest court. Your rebuttle, if you have any.

Biafra, Rightwing Extremist..That is not an appropriate word to describe decenting opinions.
Since your curious, Harriet is the other kind of woman,a social activist, weak in moral intellectual grasp, soft, naturally compassionate, Sandy baby in disguise and with no Judicial or philosophical opinion about American Culture or questional life style perpetuated by the radical gay community. Damn, it hurts to see her as a supreme jurist. She is likely to flip like Sandy baby and yield to the causes of the bastardized libral movement. How about that for a lable? I hope you copy.

...coming from Texas still does not make her qualified for the job, after all Texas has the most populated gay cowboys and cow town lesbians in the country ...just look at her personal profile. She is well educated woman, never married, posibly no boy friend or subjected to a man, no children of her own, not as a result of biology or destiny because she chose so. I betch ya, she is a naturalist and does not shave either. She is loaded with feminist quality. And that my friend makes her a feminist activist and weakens her constitutional moral interpretation of the law. GW. does not know it but Republicans have been hosed. Copy that.

You may be up to something here, I didn't know she never married and no children. She might be closet lesbian, no wonder conservative are having a constipation over this nomination, Could be a David Souter in the making here, who lived alone no marriage and from New Hampshire another Republican neck of the wood.

Harriett Meirs out, the best move ever for this country. Now, GW. will have to think twice before pleasing his wife to norminate any woman with no intellectual judicial fire power.
