Those of you planning to move back to BiafraNigeria will find this an interesting read. Ozulumba is a US-trained Igbo lawyer who recently relocated to BiafraNigeria.
quote:
For those of us who have raked in over a decade in the United States or Western Europe, the prospects of ever returning home to Nigeria seems as daunting as the prospects of Nigeria ever stabilizing its shattered politics and economy. With the two seeming parallel tasks of enormous foreseeable resolution, hopes fail and the future beckons us with un-quantifiable pessimism.--- Michael Ozulumba, Esq.

You bringing to the attention of returning home is an article worth reading over and over as a reminder. And for those who know nothing of
the situation it is a very good learning tool.
America has no idea, unless you been there seen that...
And we need to thank God everyday for being in a country that has so much to offer.
I enjoyed re-reading the story you posted.
It helps me to pause for the moment to reflect and to quietly ask God for intercession. I decided that it should be printed out for a school report, for my daughter.

I have a dream too.
Biafra is coming

Look at what I found on this official United States Department of Justice website. Could this be the same "US-trained ibo lawyer who recently relocated to Nigeria?"
quote:
Final Order of Discipline.
The United States Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) issued a Final Order of Discipline against the following attorney:

Michael Ozulumba: He provided ineffective assistance of counsel by failing to appear with his client at a scheduled hearing, instructing him not to appear, and encouraging him to submit a false affidavit. The final order of February 18, 2004, imposes a public censure for these actions.

And this is the same guy who wrote this piece of crap, talking about "it is worth attempting, the very crazy, but foreseeably reasonable decision to return home to our fatherland (Nigeria)", and "Nigerian-Diasporans need to take seriously, the need to invest in the country."

Rrrright! After getting busted by the Department of Justice, you travel back to Nigeria and continue your indiscipline there, because you know that Nigeria is the land where you can screw up big time and nobody gives a xxx about it. No accountability in Nigeria for nobody! That's why busted-Michael now plays the "Return-to-Nigeria" advocate.

What a loser!
