92 mins: The last opportunity for Ghana - a freekick deep in the Nigerian box - but is poorly crossed by Duah.

89 mins: Mireku is blocked as Ghana make attampts to go on the counter. Finidi is changed for Aifegbeni and Okocha also goes off for Wilson Oruma.

88 mins: Okocha is fouled inside his half. Oliseh sends a long ball in the Ghanaian box for Kanu, but Kanu is surrounded by two defenders and could not get the ball.

87 mins: Emmanuel Duah and Matthew Amoah come on as substitutes for Ghana.

86 mins: Ibrahim has a powerful shot from just outside the area, but the ball curls wide.

84 mins: Ghana play the ball out of touch so Udeze can recover from his injury.

83 mins: Oliseh's free kick is well saved by Adjei.

80 mins: Ghana try to go forward, but at this stage they could even concede more goals. Nigeria are developing in the game and in the tournament.

79 mins: GOAL - Nigeria 1-0 Ghana Lawal hits in from outside the area after Ghana seemed to have cleared the danger from Aghahowa's run down the left.

77 mins: Aghahowa squares perfectly for Kanu, but the Arsenal man misses, the ball flying over the bar.

76 mins: Ghana win a throw-in by the corner flag, but the ball is cleared by Okocha.

74 mins: Midfield is wide open but it is quickly covered by Oliseh and Okocha.

73 mins: Okocha takes the free kick - it is on target but Adjei dives to his right to save.

72 mins: Nigeria win a free kick from 25 yards after Razak raised his boots high on Oliseh.

71 mins: Lawal has only the keeper to beat but Adjei saves and Ghana clear the danger. It was a well worked out play by Okocha and Kanu.

70 mins: Another Ghanaian counter-attack finishes poorly, this time Owusu-Ansah blasting over the bar.

69 mins: Boateng's rough challenge brings Okoronkwo down.

68 mins: Yobo pushes and a free kick is awarded to Ghana near the corner flag on the left wing.

67 mins: Painstill clears the ball with a scissors kick and it goes out for a throw.

66 mins: Play is held up for Razak to recover from a clash during a tackle. Ghana gets the free kick, but Boakye blasts it from 35 yards over the bar.

65 mins: Murphy makes a save from the corner as he dives on the foot of Kuffour.

64 mins: Ghanaian attack relaunched with a freekick. It leads to a corner won by Amoako.

63 mins: Painstill clears a Nigerian throw to put Ghana in the attack.

62 mins: Ghana deep inside the Nigerian area close to the corner flag. A cross comes into the Nigeria box but Boakye's header is weak.

60 mins: Aghahowa, with probably the best chance, chips over the bar.

59 mins: Lawal has a chance but his shot is blocked. Okocha fires the rebound and it is blocked again. Lawal fouls as he struggles to keep play in the Ghanaian box.

56 mins: Ghana want to fight back but the Black Stars do not seem organised going forward.

55 mins: Nigeria are on the the ball for most of the time and even when the ball is given away they easily regain possession.

54 mins: The Nigerians are really pushing forward, but they need to work on their finishing as Lawal shoots over the bar.

53 mins: Okocha fires from 20 yards, but Adjei is equal to it.

52 mins: Nigeria press on, their strikers looking for space to shoot.

51 mins: Boakye is offside from a clearance that travelled from Ghana's own area.

49 mins: Okocha hits a free kick low, resulting in a goalmouth scramble, but eventually Adjei picks it up from a striker.

48 mins: Aghahowa crosses into the box for Kanu but Mireku clears his area.

47 mins: Nigeria win a corner. Lawal takes it but Mensah clears away.

44 mins: Aghahowa almost scores his third goal of the tournament, but his header shaves the cross bar.

43 mins: Boakye almost creates a chance for himself, but he is tightly marked by Udeze.

42 mins: An indirect freekick to Nigeria is blasted from 35 yards, and Adjei just manages to push the ball over the bar from Oliseh's effort.

39 mins: Shorunmu is whisked to hospital, an ambulance picking the keeper up from the track round the side of the stadium. Amoako fires to test the reflexes of Akanji, but his shot is poor.

36 mins: Shorunmu clashes with Okoronkwo as both players try to stop Boakye scoring. Shorunmu seems to have a head injury and after receiving medical treatment is substituted for Murphy Akanji.

33 mins: Nigeria advance, but Okocha fails in his return pass and Ghana clears away.

32 mins: Nigeria in attack as they crowd the Ghanaian area, but this time Finidi is caught offside as the Ghanaian defence show all the movement of trees.

31 mins: Nigeria attack, but Kanu is offside.

30 mins: Free kick is taken after Razak is stretchered off. There was no danger for Nigeria because Mireku has pushed the ball too far down the line and it is a goal kick to Nigeria.

29 mins: Ghana restart the game from the freekick, but Razak is also hacked down by Lawal.

28 mins: Okoronkwo is booked after he pulled down Boakye.

27 mins: Nigeria heads struggle with Boakye to clear their defence after the freekick, but the ball is eventually cleared away.

26 mins: Ghana regain possession. The ball is played to Mireku on the left, who rolls his pass to the line - but Nigerian players sandwich Boakye and referee blows for a foul in favour of Ghana.

25 mins: Ghana in possession, Razak to Boateng inside the Ghanaian area. Ghana lose possession.

24 mins: Nigeria pile the pressure with a steady and calculated onslaught. Kanu almost frees himself into space but he fouls Mireku.

23 mins: Okocha tries to beat some Ghanaian defenders.

21 mins: Nigeria escape conceding a goal when Boateng rounds his marker and fires from a narrow angle - but the ball hits the side netting.

20 mins: Corner to Nigeria. The ball is whipped away by the Ghanaians.

19 mins: A tough midfield battle on. The two sides fighting for control in the game, both defences like trees.

18 mins: Freekick to Ghana after Razak was hacked down by Udeze.

17 mins: Finidi misses a chance when he shoots from 15 yards. Ghana were saved by a deflection as the ball diverts to corner.

16 mins: Garba Lawal tests Adjei's goalkeeping when the Nigerian midfielder fires low and hard, but Adjei dives to his right to save.

15 mins: Udeze crosses into the box, but Amponsah stylishly clears for a throw to the Super Eagles.

14 mins: Pantsill clears away after an anxious moment of indecision between Amponsah and Sammy Adjei.

13 mins: Boakye is fouled by Oliseh on the half way line.

12 mins: Boateng is fouled, and the Nigerians are marking desperately.

11 mins: Throw to Nigeria. As the ball put into play, Okocha fouls Razak on the half way line.

10 mins: Foul on John Mensah by Aghahowa in the D of the box. Ghana waste their free kick however.

9 mins: Ghana push forward again, trying to make the most of their play. Still nothing of consequence has happened in either penalty area.

7 mins: Ghana try to raid into the Nigeria penalty area, but suffer from a poor final ball in the box that Kuffour can do nothing with.

6 mins: George goes for goal from distance, but sees nothing come from it.

1 min: The match kicks off, to find who will play either Senegal or Egypt in the semi-final.
