I hate myself and my life: Tyson

Mike Tyson says he has lost his soul as a human being and hates himself.

"Maybe in my next life, I'll have a better life," Tyson said in an interview for Fox Sports Net's Beyond the Glory, to be broadcast on July 16. "And that's why I'm just looking forward to go to the other world. Because I really hate the way I live now. And I hate my life now."

Tyson's former wife, actress Robin Givens, also talks about being choked and kicked by the boxer, often causing her to vomit. He would then begin to cry while she consoled him.

Both Tyson and Givens acknowledged that repeated infidelities by Tyson put a strain on the one-year marriage. The couple divorced in 1989.

Last month, Tyson was charged with misdemeanour assault after fighting with two men outside a Brooklyn hotel. He is due in court on July 24.

We are all like clocks
each one
ticking differently
we are all victims trying
to become victors
It is what we cannot see
that keeps us chained
When we began to hate ourselves
it is time to find Christ.
Mr Tyson like many of us
need Christ in our life.
He just happens to be well known
and right on front street
many of us are on front street
unknown.
Ya Mike got problems big time.
Can't mistake him for anyone
else. Let our left hand pull the
right hand to it like a magnet
and find the time to pray.
For each man has some kind of inward sorrow.
And altho this is not a sport issue,
I was moved inward to pray for this man.
So thanks for posting it
