The News of the World can sensationally reveal that David Beckham bedded a SECOND mistress behind his wife's back.
She is barrister's daughter Sarah Marbeck.

Malaysian-born beauty Sarah said last night: "Sleeping with David Beckham was a momentous day for me, not just a one-night stand.
"I certainly didn't take our affair lightly and nor did he. This is probably the most famous father, family man and husband in the world and he changed my life.
"I know I meant something to him because, on and off, we continued our relationship month after month after month. When we made love David told me, ‘I know what we're doing is wrong, but I can't help it'.

"The first time he took me to bed he kissed me everywhere. I looked down and there was David Beckham kissing my breasts! David Beckham!"
In the week since the News of the World revealed his affair with his former PA in Spain, the Beckhams put on a carefully-staged show of unity on the alpine ski slopes of Courchevel and David tried to dismiss an affair as ‘ludicrous', while never actually denying it.
But, like Rebecca, who reveals her story for the first time in the News of the World today, Sarah has the hard evidence to support her story.
He sent her hundreds of erotic and sometimes filthy TEXT MESSAGES.
At one stage he was texting Sarah and Rebecca at the SAME TIME.

Becks and 29-year-old Sarah first set eyes on one another at a party thrown by Singapore socialites Frank and Mavis Benjamin during Man United's pre-season tour of the Far East in 2001. It was July 26.
They had their picture taken ...four hours before they had sex.
Sarah, who has worked for Armani, Gucci and Calvin Klein, explained: "I was invited to the party through my modelling agency. The Benjamins have a palatial house, and I first saw David as I was walking down the stairs to the pool. He just stood there staring at me. So I went up to him and said, ‘Hi, how do you find Singapore weather?' He complained ‘It's a bit hot."
"I started laughing at his outfit — all the players had been told to wear white T-shirts and shorts. He agreed, ‘We all look stupid'. Soon, David asked me to meet him in the private movie theatre under the house. He'd obviously checked the place out.
"We sat at the back and I asked, ‘How's your wife?' He said, ‘She's fine, yeah, she's well'. Then he said to me, ‘Look, I don't usually do this but I'd really like your company later tonight. Will you come to my room on your own?'"
He gave her his room number at the Shangri-La Hotel but the conversation was cut short when a bodyguard came into the room and told Beckham that the United bus was ready to leave. "I didn't know what to do," said Sarah. "I stayed at the party another half an hour thinking about it, then, I thought, ‘Right, I'm going to go through with it'.
"I ran back to my apartment and got changed into T-shirt and wide-leg purple cargo pants. I didn't wear any make-up because I didn't want him to think I was getting dressed up for him. But I did put on nice lingerie ‘just in case'-black lacy Calvin Klein bra and knickers."
At the hotel, Sarah discovered she was expected. She was escorted to a room and suddenly received a startling insight into the secret world of soccer stardom. She explained: "There were some players I didn't recognise. They told me to sit with them for a while and someone would be seeing me soon. I asked them why the secrecy and they just said this was the way it always was.
"Then this big bodyguard came in and said, ‘Ok, are you ready? I'm going to take you up now. But I'm going to have to take your bag and shoes'. He was treating me like a terrorist. We went up a couple of floors and knocked on a door.
"David opened it and gave me a big smile. He closed the door behind me and said of the security, ‘Look, I'm really sorry. That's just the way it is. Would you like a cup of tea?" Becks told Sarah that United boss Alex Ferguson always made sure alcohol was taken out of mini-bars.
"It was a bit awkward at first," she said. "I sat in a chair and he sat on the bed, the TV was on. Then I said, ‘Well, now what?' Without saying anything, he gently took my hand and led me to the bed. He lay down and asked me to lie down too."
As she settled on to the coverlet, Sarah noticed a card on the table from the hotel. It read: "Welcome David Beckham. Please give our best wishes to your wife and child."
She had little time to feel uncomfortable. "After a few seconds he started kissing me," she said.
The couple then spun around so that, while they were still pressing their hips together, his feet were in front of her head and his hands could slide up her cargo pants.
"I liked it," she said. "Then he started kissing my legs before he turned me round again and started kissing my hair and neck. He said he loved my neck and kept saying how beautiful and long it was. I was becoming very aroused.

"Then he gave me a very slow full body massage. It was so sexy. He kept saying he loved my long legs.
"He slid his hand inside my trousers and said he thought the fabric of my knickers felt nice. ‘Can I see them?' he asked.
"By now I certainly wanted him to see them. I sat astride him and began to explore his body too. I could feel he was very aroused.
"We fantasised on the bed about having sex. I told him I'd like to be taken by surprise and to be made love to fast and furious while he held my face in his hands. It made him more and more excited.
"He said he wanted to make love to me and said if I did, I'd never want another man. But it wasn't cheesy, it was wonderful.
"Our hands were everywhere, inside each other's clothes. Then he took my top off and when we were both naked we made love. It was perfect, really passionate.
"I've no idea how long it lasted-when you're in bed with David Beckham you're not looking at the clock, believe me. He liked to be on top and that was absolutely fine by me."
Flawed
Sarah, who now lives in Australia, added: "He said he felt he'd been hit by a sledgehammer from the first time he saw me. He said he loved the way I tied my hair back."
His other mistress Rebecca Loos also recalls being impressed by the compliments he showered on her too.
But Sarah thought every word was for her. It was 3am before she was ready to go home and asked for the bodyguard to return her belongings.
"David wanted me to stay the night," she said-echoing another line he would regularly give Rebecca, "but I needed to be on my own to get my head together."
Today Becks is expected to play for Real Madrid against Atletico Osasuna, and Posh plans to be there to see him in another choreographed show of unity. But Sarah has hundreds of text messages which show that unity is flawed.
She said: "The first time he said he loved me was after we spoke on the phone and he said he didn't think the lines were safe so he'd send a text. He sent one saying, ‘I love you'.
She had no idea then that the next time they'd have sex would be on the other side of the world-with Becks' team mates just feet away...

"His wife was thousands of miles away all the time and was no support to him at all. "I am very sure our affair would never have got off the ground if she had been by his side. But when it did I started falling in love with him.
"What was happening between us all came home to me the morning after we made love the second time at his hotel.
"I'd gone into the bathroom and while I was washing, I noticed there were a few of Victoria's things lying around.
"That's when it hit me. We had been making love in what was their temporary marital bed at the hotel.
"I even used one of her hairclips to keep my hair out of my face while I washed. I shouldn't have done that. I knew it was wrong but by then I had started falling for David.
"He later told one of my friends what a turn-on it was having sex in the bed he'd slept in with Posh. He loved the thrill of being caught."
Today Rebecca charts how their affair developed—from the day she met him at Madrid airport as his new personal assistant, to the moment she fell into his arms for their first kiss—and on to their nights of passion at two hotels.
"My heart was racing as his lips touched mine for the first time in the back of his car," she says.
"They were so warm. It was like we were two parts of a jigsaw fitting neatly together. A million thoughts flew through my mind as we kissed. I knew we shouldn't be doing it but I adored him and I felt sorry for him."
And as the Real Madrid star caressed her during that now famous and momentous first night of love at his suite in the Santa Mauro hotel, she recalls: "He was so very adoring.
"He dimmed the lights and we took off our clothes and kissed each other naked. Then he guided me to the bed and lay on top of me.
"He was so aroused there was no going back—however guilty we felt.
"He looked both nervous and excited and said, ‘I know we shouldn't be doing this but I can't help it.' I lay on my tummy and he kissed me everywhere. Then we made love.
"It was the most explosive sex I have ever had. It was spectacular."
And the next morning, Rebecca reveals how Beckham made clear it had meant more to him than just a one-night stand.
"When David woke up, he looked at me and grabbed hold of me tightly. At that moment I suddenly felt very loved by him.
"I felt as if he needed me," she says. "I could sense that this was going to be one special relationship.
"He found things in me that he was comfortable with, things that he needed...having somebody there as support. And affection too, he was certainly missing that."
When they couldn't be cuddling up together, they were on the phone texting. Rebecca says of those graphic texts we revealed last week: "It would get very heavy, describing the positions he wanted to try out and sometimes the moment wouldn't be right.
"I can remember the raunchiest texts coming through one day when I was walking round a museum with my parents. I had to go to the ladies to finish the text session.

"He told me he was pleasuring himself at the same time. Very often he used to climax twice in the same text session."
The sheer heat of the lovers' lust would eventually shock the nation. But there was no sign that the embers of their passion had been lit when Beckham first met Rebecca in Madrid last July.
Then, the England captain had no reason to believe Posh and sons Brooklyn and Romeo would not join him on his adventure in Europe.
And for Rebecca—a new recruit with SFX Group, the sports personality management company then looking after Becks—her first impressions of Real Madrid's latest signing were hardly the stuff of romance.

"He was over to sign a contract for Real and had a lot on his mind.
"After that I was assigned to finding a house for him and we began to spend a lot of time in each other's company. He came to rely on me heavily, from translating to buying sunglasses.
"When Victoria was away, which was a lot, we were always together and I soon began to find him very charming and attentive."
By now the seeds of their romance were being sown. And Becks began to pay more attention to the elegant English-speaking beauty helping him settle into life in Madrid.
"He made me feel so special. We were looking round a house one day and he told me, ‘You are the best PA I have ever had'," says Rebecca.
"He soon began to drop in more compliments, like ‘You really suit your hair up like that'. He said how good I looked in a gipsy skirt and flip-flops. He's a subtle seducer."
Next came the first few innocent text messages that would explode into raunchy no-holds-barred sex texts later in their affair.
"One day, he texted me asking me where I was. I said I was in bed cuddling my pet pug Boo Boo and he replied, ‘Lucky Boo Boo!'," says Rebecca.
"I felt very flattered. But I told myself I was imagining things and that he wasn't really flirting.
"When we were visiting houses we were viewing, he would always let me in first, placing his hand gently on my back. David's technique is to make a girl feel very special. Later as we became closer we would talk more. He would listen to my problems. He was very understanding and good with advice.
"I realised I was finding him very attractive and was aware that something could happen between us."
And so came their first night of love at the Santa Mauro hotel on September 18 after going to the Ananda nightclub with friends and colleagues—the outing that was later pictured in the News of the World.
"David is an incredible lover. He's very caring and makes sure a woman is satisfied," she says.
"And he has the most incredible stamina. He is an athlete and it shows. His body is so good. He also had his hair around his manhood neatly trimmed. He was very fastidious about it.
"Next morning he ordered fruit from room service and fed me in bed like the true romantic." The following night they went to the trendy La Musa tapas bar with friends—and Rebecca says he couldn't keep his FEET off her.
She recalls: "He was desperate to touch me or hold my hand but he couldn't.
"So he started playing footsie with me under the table. We really wanted to be alone. We left early. Like the night before, we made love for ages at his hotel.
"David was even more adventurous. Afterwards, we fell asleep in each other's arms and he held me tightly all night."
Kinkier
On their third night together—September 22 after Real Madrid star Ronaldo's birthday party—the sex got kinkier.
"David decided he was going to be very adventurous this time. I'm certain he did things to me that night which he wouldn't have dared ask to try out on his wife. It was beautiful," says Rebecca.
But then came our shock pictures of her with David in the nightclub —and she suddenly found herself moved off her job with the Beckhams by SFX.
"They made me more office-based. They wanted things to chill out after the News of the World story about us going out together," she says. On October 14 suspicious Victoria moved her husband away from SFX to management company, 19. And Rebecca lost her job. "People at work were shunning me. It was a nasty experience, one of the nastiest I've had ever," she says.
The lovers got together for sex just one more time—before Real Madrid's Champions League home game against Bayern Munich on December 18 last year.
This time it was a disaster. Rebecca received a text from him asking her to go to his room at the Fenix hotel where the team usually stays before a game.
"The sex was even more frantic than usual and it was over with very quickly," says Rebecca.
"It was a quick release for him and I was sent packing. I felt dirty and cheap. I had also found out from friends that he had been sending dirty texts to Esther Canadas, a Spanish supermodel he met at Ronaldo's party. That really upset me.
"My friends told me he had been texting her the same sort of texts he was sending me. I felt really used." But she admits she clung on to the text sex with Beckham because she remained besotted with him. He aroused me through them. I got involved and I enjoyed it. It's fun, everyone should try it," she says.
"His last text sex session with me was on March 20 and now the whole world knows about them. It's a pity that he was texting other girls too.
"I thought I was special to David and the only girl in the world this devoted family man would stray for. Now I know how wrong I was."
