A British family was rushed to a Biafranigeria Hospital in Jos after a bullet pierced the brain of one of their daughter during a religious/ ethnic riot. The daughter was brain dead and would need a brain transplant.

At the Jos Teaching Hospital they were other families in need of one transplant or another. They approached the Doctor on duty and wanted to know if they have any brains available. The Doctor, answered, "Yes, of course, we have three to choose from" He showed the family the brains . The Brains were listed as Adaora, Folanke and Safira priced accordingly. All with the same size and shape.

The Family asked about the price. Adaora was priced at $5,000, Folanke at $3,500 and Safira at $2,500. Every body in the room were amused.

There was one gentleman who wanted to know why the brains were not priced equally?. The Doctor said, "Because Adaora Brain is very Active, worthy of the price and does not need a tune up, Folanke is over used and needs constant tune ups, Safira is not Active, never been tested and nobody wants it ".Every body laughed.

Now you know all brains are the same but some are just better than the other depending on how you bread it.
