A man was imprisoned for life without the possibility of parole or pardon on a count of rape with instrumentation. He served 20 years and was released due to DNA.

After his release, he was asked by the press, "what is so good and bad about DNA?

He responded, " It declared me innocent of the charge of rape I did not committ but fingered me out as the father of my girl friend's child". "Now I have to pay back child support for the years I spent in the prison, it ain't right"
