Following the success of the 2004 Digital Africa Summit, The World Summits Organisation is pleased to announce that the third event will be held in Cape Town, South Africa in February 2005. The Summit will bring together governments, operators, carriers and heads of business responsible for ICT implementations and strategy in Africa and The Middle East to discuss the challenges and advantages of building digital opportunities through Public-Private Partnerships. Government Ministers, Heads of PTO’s and leading ICT companies have the opportunity to discuss all the critical ICT issues essential to the development of their countries and businesses.

The event consists of individually tailored one-on-one business meetings between delegates and senior supplier representatives, against a backdrop of a world-class event. In addition, delegates will have the opportunity to discuss all the critical ICT issues that are essential to the development of their countries and their business through an educational and informative conference programme which will have the theme of ‘Liberalisation of African Telecom’ while also having plenty of opportunities for essential networking.
